very nice hotel style and location. it is comfortable, clean and Warm. it is in the heart of bologna. the actual room view is much better than what it looks 8n pictures. I highly recommend it.

Great B&B located right in the heart of Bologna, but the room was still peaceful. Great views and lovely terrace as well. Owner Filippo was really helpful and gave us useful tips about where to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

B&B Casa Faccioli was a phenomenal experience. Location cannot be topped, and the room itself was superb. Also the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND in the service for me. I had an urgent package that needed to be sent but all post offices were closed. Fillipo was able to put my fears to rest and personally handle the delivery of the item on Monday morning. Thank you!!

Our room was comfortable, clean, and just totally inviting! The location is ideal with incredible views of the Towers and easy walking access to the magical piazzas and sights of Bologna. Filippo made sure we were comfortable and had transport to and from the airport. It was a treat to come back to our room at the end of days of exploring the wonders of Italy. I would highly recommend Casa Faccioli.

The location couldn't be better for accessing the center of bologna. It's across the street from the main plaza and it's a 15-minute walk from the central train station. We were on the fourth floor and the room was quiet even with a festival going on across the street. There was also an elevator which made getting to the room easy. Fillipo was nice enough to arrange for a cab to take us to the airport for our early morning flight. We would definitely stay here again!

It is always a pleasure to return to enjoy the hospitality of Casa Faccioli. the aspects that I appreciate most are the spacious rooms and bathroom, the silence despite being in the center. the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the courtesy of the owner who makes guests feel at home, the view from the windows over the roofs and the monuments of my beloved Bologna. When I am hosted at Casa Faccioli I feel at home and this is priceless.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. In the heart of the city, but nevertheless very quiet. Everything in the apartment is new and clean, good mattress, good shower. No problems whatsoever with getting the key, since it's all automated and a late check-in doesn't cause issues. Easy contact with the owner, who is attentive and caring.

Fantastic place to stay close to all the sites in historical area of Bologna. Our room, Francesca, was lovely with a balcony a view if the towers. Very clean and quite. It was an easy check in and Filippo is a great host. We hope to come back some day.

We stayed in the room Raffaele only for one night, sadly! The room was spacious, perfectly clean and has everything you may want: air con, toiletries, slippers and the most amazing shower! And beautiful views! Filippo gave us all the indications for a smooth check-in and check-out and was incredibly kind to stay on the phone with us when we got lost when we arrived in Bologna, trying to navigate the areas restricted to traffic! A fantastic stay, we hope to go back!

I had a great stay at Casa Faccioli; room Beatrice. The flat is very well equipped and clean. Although the accommodation is right in the centre, it is pleasantly quiet. Only a nice view in room Beatrice (room facing the inner courtyard) is missing to make it perfect. Ideal for exploring Bologna. The host Filippo is very attentive. Check-in is absolutely uncomplicated. I will be happy to come back!

We had a fabulous stay - we had 2 rooms, Raffaele and Francesca. Both rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were also spacious, showers good and very clean. The B&B Casa Faccioli is in such a fantastic position- we had a great time exploring Bologna and highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Our time in Bologna was enhanced by staying at Casa Faccioli. This delightful accommodation is located in the heart of town, just moments from San Petronio Basilica and the Fountain of Neptune. It offers a comfortable, quiet accommodation just moments from food, shopping and.city sites. During weekends the whole area is a busy, thriving pedestrian zone. This will require walking a ways through cobblestones streets on weekends.

B&B Casa Facciolo was a great place to stay. Our room, Francesca, was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and shower. We really enjoyed our balcony with seating for two and an amazing view of old town Bologna. The location was perfect, within a 5 or 10 minute walk of many of the top 10 things to see in Bologna and many great places to eat. Our host Filippo was very helpful. His instructions made check in quick and easy. He even booked our ride to the airport. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place, right in the center of Bologna. I don't think there's any better spot. Filippo is a wonderful host! When arriving early of leaving late, one can store the lugguge in the hotel. The suggestions Filippo gave us were all great. Room and bathroom were spacious, bed very good and everything very clean. When returning to Bologna I will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Filippo!

What a great place! Perfect location - falling out the front door onto Piazza Maggiore; view from the room (pic attached); terrific breakfast just round the corner from the accommodation. Very easy check-in procedure - no small thing given the Byzantine system used by some others we’ve stayed at in the last week. Can’t wait to return.

The location is wonderful, I highly recommend it. I stayed here for 2 nights (9-11 October) in the Luigi room, the room is very nicely furnished, very spacious and very clean. The bathroom is also very spacious, with all the necessities. The view from the room is towards the Asinelli tower. The positioning and location are great, about 5-10 minutes from all the main sights, the area is very safe, central, has both restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly, provides very promptly all the necessary information for the accommodation (access codes, information about check in and check out) and you communicate very quickly and easily with him on whatsapp. Many kudos to Filippo for how he manages his property. Keep up the good work and I will definitely revisit this location on my next holiday in Bologna.

We had a very lovely stay. The room we stayed in was Francesca. It is a spatious room with balcony. The view is amazing from the balcony. It has a sofa for 2 people and a table so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The owner Filippo is very welcomimg and friendly. The bathroom is spatious with a big shower. We had coffee and biscuits in the morning from the house. Sisce we stayed in december the room was warm and cosy. The place is central near all the places to visit in Bologna. We rented a car from the airport and parked at the San Pietro garage recomended by Filippo, they provided a permit for accesing the limited traffic zone with no extra charge and the fee was 30 euro a day. It was a wonderfull trip and I hope we return.

My name is Mikey, I stayed at the hotel 23-26 October 2023 in the Raffaelle room. It was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the towers. The bathroom was large with a hi tech shower. The day before leaving I lost my wallet in a taxi, all my bank cards and cash were gone. Fellipo, Manager, could not have been more helpful, supporting me in contacting the taxi firm, (my wallet wasn’t found), he provided breakfast and lunch vouchers, allowed me to use the facilities outside of check out time and assisted me in getting to the airport. We never think anything will go wrong, it’s reassuring to know that if it should it Fellipo is there to help.

I booked individual rooms for three couples for four nights in this perfectly located property in the heart of Bologna and could not have been happier with our choice. The hotel is located extremely close to the Piazza Maggiore so you are near to all the major attractions and restaurants etc. The rooms themselves were large by European standards, extremely clean and well maintained. The two rooms with balconies were outstanding with amazing views. The host Filippo was very pleasant, provided some introductory background on the property and area and went out of his way to try and make sure that we were always happy. While the lack of a 24 hour on-site presence may be a concern for some, I did not feel that it was an issue for us as Filippo was on site for a number of hours per day and easily reachable by phone. I would highly recommend this property for anybody looking to spend a few days enjoying the Bolognese lifestyle.

Amazing. The location, the size, the terrace. The photo’s do not to this room justice. The location is right in the middle of everything, feet from the piazza maggiore, when you step outside you can see the Cathedral and the towers, the restaurants are just around the corner, great for dropping stuff off/using the restroom it’s that close. The size, this is a big the bedroom with a safe, fridge, power converter etc., the bed is a king and very comfortable more firm then soft and 4 good pillows. The bathroom is very large with a rain shower and hose with everything you need including hairdryer and such. The terrace with a spectacular view of two smaller towers and red tiled roofs, there is a covered and uncovered section, perfect place to relax. Communication with Pilippo was easy and response was fast. This is an older building with old world charm and across between a B&B and hotel, room is cleaned daily at 11am. Entrance is on the left side of the building, huge brown doors, 3rd floor and there is an elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and perfect for a couple! We had amazing water pressure and the best shower at this B&B. The bed was a bit firm and springy but not terrible. My husband and I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Bologna.

The Giuliani Suite was delightful. Perfect location to be within easy walking distance to everything! The private terrace with close view of two of Bologna’s historic towers was a wonderful place to share an evening wine as the sun went down. The bathroom was modern, spacious and included all the amenities. The bed was large, mattress firm. Coffee in the room excellent! Filippo answered all our questions before and after arrival. The Giuliani Suite was named for his great grandmother and is graced by a beautiful picture of her painted by an earlier artist in the family. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Our suite was on the 3rd floor but is serviced by a spacious elevator not so common in Italy!

Host was really nice and helpful. The apartment is right next to Piazza Maggiore which is a perfect location. The room is a bit dated but is authentic for Italy.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Faccioli. It was the perfect place to soak in the culture of beautiful Bologna. Everything was within a short walking distance. Even the terrace allowed us to soak up Bolognese life with its views of the towers and the sounds of everyday life below. As soon as we walked in (after a very long day of driving) we felt at home. Excellent experience here!! Owner Felipo went out of his way to welcome us, gave us a tour, sat on the balcony with us and told us the history of the house while serving lemonade. Location is fantastic right on Piazza Maggiore. Rooms are large, modern with nice well equipped bathrooms, coffee service, and each has a name and personality! The bed and pillows were great! One of the showers has multiple showerheads. Two rooms have balconies with great views of the towers and skyline. Taxi has to drop off at end of street and you’ll need to walk suitcases to door of building. There’s a lift to the Casa. Felipo also helped arrange a taxi to the airport and personally walked us to the cab and got us going. Such a personal touch! Made our Italian experience!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

The room was spectacular (much larger than expected). The terrace with views was a great surprise and Filippo's hospitality, history lesson on Bologna, and information about everything we needed was unrivaled! You can't go wrong here.

Philippo is a wonderful host, he has been very nice and helpful during my stay. The room is big, clear, comfy and spotless, with a nice view on the roofs. The location is the best if your want to stay in the historic center . I highly recommend this place for your stay in Bologna.

We had a perfect stay at Casa Faccioli! We stayed in the Guilia suite - which was beautiful! Spotlessly clean and stylish decor. The balcony is stunning with views of the red rooftops and towers of Bologna! Perfect for a glass of wine and a chill out after a day of exploring. Would absolutely recommend!

Such a lovely place. Very secure with key card access at ground level, at the door to the main guest area, and the door to the guest room, of course. Rooms facing east have an incredible view of the famous Due Torri. And as soon as you hit the streets, you are in the very heart of Bologna, steps away from Strada Maggiore. NB If you arrive/depart on a Saturday or Sunday, the main street next to the B&B is pedestrian only. This is beautiful as a tourist but important to keep in mind if you need to carry heavy bags.

The room, cleanness, location, and attention from the host were impecable. Highly recommended for anybody, specially if you are traveling alone

We spent four wonderful nights in Casa Faccioli and I couldn't recommend it more - it is perfectly located and appointed - really comfortable and perfectly quiet despite it's central location Filippo was the perfect host - helpful and attentive but never intrusive. We are already looking forwarding to staying there again next time we are back in Bologna.

Once more in Bologna. And of course in Casa Faccioli. I can not imagine myself to stay in other place than the one Fulippo managed in order to provide such a wonderful overall experience. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and warm that you have the filling you are in home. In the heart of the old city one step away of everything. My wife and I stayed in suite Gullia having a fantastic view of all towers from the veranda. Of course Filippo whom we consider our friend, once again he did everything to facilitate our stay as every time we visited this wonderful city. Thank you again Filippo
