It is distinguished by the elegance and discreet luxury of the architectural features of the utilities. Good place in central, much space. I highly recommend!

Fabulous position, great communication, easy check-in, safe and secure. Small apartment but we had everything needed for our five night stay in Bologna. Washing machine and dishwasher, great shower, very clean and comfortable bed. We put spare socks on the kitchen chair legs as we were concerned scraping could annoy residents. Great to have a lift and not to have to carry luggage up stairs. Shut out blinds allowed for a sleep in too.

The location is central only a few minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. It’s a busy street but the apartment is very quiet from traffic noise. The place is clean and comfortable for 2 people with space to move around. Communication with Giovanni was great and check-in through WhatsApp was smooth. I highly recommend to stay here.

Ugo Bassi apartments are simply perfect. Really well located, extremely clean, refurbished apartments and great staff. Giovanni it's a perfect host and he's always available to assist you. Thank you Giovanni for all your help to enjoy your beautiful city!!! We'll come back soon :)

Great place and location

Location was great - on the main road of town. There are block out blinds externally and you are right next to a market for fresh food. Train station is a 15-20 minute walk. Host is responsive and friendly. The walls are paper thin though! Just something to note.

Excellent apartment a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, clean, tidy and comfortable place. The conversation with the managers was excellent, without ever having seen them, I didn't have the slightest difficulty checking in and out, thanks to messaging, they are very quick in responding to every request or doubt, recommended

Location: great location. Along via Ugo Bassi, which is an arterial road with shops, markets, duomo and other attractions. Apartment: we were in apartment #36 (the one with red sofa and a green colored wall behind the bed) located on the 5th floor. Our apartment faced the main road but was quiet as the windows were noise proof. However, if you visit in summers and leave the windows open you may hear street noises. The apartment had a kitchen island with utensils. The utensils however needed a nice scrub before using as they weren’t cleaned properly. There’s a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine too. The apartment was clean when we arrived but at the end of 5 days it was a bit dirty, a cleaning after 3 days would be ideal. The bathroom was nice, we did though miss having a stand to put our shampoos and soaps which showering. The bed was queen size and comfortable. The sofa cum bed in the living room was comfortable and didn’t make the usual spring like noises that such beds make. Giovanni was very helpful all along the trip. His restaurant suggestions were good.

I stayed two nights in the Nettuno apartment. Small, nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. Excellent communication with the owner. There would be some small maintenance work to be done which however did not affect the quality of the stay. The only negative note concerns the quality of sleep: The bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable, my daughter and I slept very badly with the mattress sunk in the middle and with sagging and depressions. I underline the fact that normally we have no problem adapting to beds.

To perform

My wife and I pleasantly spent 3 days staying in the "i Giardini" apartment, with access from via Nazario Sauro. The accommodation, in the central area, is very comfortable and excellently furnished, equipped with a large dining-living area and a spacious bathroom. The only aspect that clashes with the high standard of the accommodation is the rather sagging and uncomfortable mattress. In any case, it is highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in Bologna.

This apartment has some positive features but I would advise against renting with these people. There is almost no customer service. Everything is handled by text with no instructions for ac, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, etc. I managed the ac by finding unit’s manual online. Walls are paper thin and neighboring conversations as well as construction when we there led to considerable inconvenience. We have rented many VRBO type places and this was the worst supplied and managed of any. Add to that a clerical error that cost me hundreds that was only partly my fault. As I said stay away!

Highly recommended!!! Excellent apartments equipped with every comfort and service: kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and I could still list... Central and strategic location, 2 minutes walk from Piazza del Nettuno or Piazza Maggiore. Bus stops right under the house. Professional and helpful staff, immediate responses to any type of need.
