A 360° journey into Bolognese music. Finally an exhibition that includes not only the usual suspects, but also the alternative realities of the city that have contributed to making its history. Interesting and multimedia, it is a small museum made of images, words and sounds. You can therefore immerse yourself several times by listening to songs, reading and having stories and images shown on the monitors. Alongside the permanent exhibition, musical-themed events and workshops are presented. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

An essential stop for any music lover, it is a place that allows you to travel through eras and genres of music in Bologna. Internationally renowned artists and small bands who have left their mark with their music. There is a space to listen to songs of all genres and eras and various screens where you can delve deeper by section.

Yesterday I attended a wonderful meeting on the great Bolognese poet Roberto Roversi, on the occasion of the centenary of his birth, organized by Riccardo Negrelli whom I did not know and who transported me magnificently into the poetic, theatrical and musical world of Roversi. Beautiful experience, certainly to be repeated with all the other events that are available at the Sala della Musica in SalaBorsa, truly another jewel that the city of Bologna has given to us citizens. Thank you! 💕🌸💕

In a setting that encompasses ancient and modern, culture and relaxation, this space dedicated to music and beyond has been inserted with passion and competence. The meetings I have had the pleasure of participating in have always enriched me and left me with the desire to learn more. Organizers and guests have as a common denominator the love for music and the desire to transmit it to the increasingly numerous and attentive public. The topics covered always pique curiosity and anecdotes are never lacking. The regret is that we don't always have the time to live experiences like these; I recommend everyone to take a tour of this area, even just to admire on the various panels the musicians who have made our city great in the world, both current and past. Let's close our eyes and listen... The Music Room is already ready to give us new emotions and I hope to be able to experience many more.

On March 23, 2024 I participated in the event "the Porretta Soul Festival between history and present" coordinated by Riccardo Negrelli with the participation of Graziano Uliani, the founder and director of the Porretta Terme Festival. What can I say: the setting of Sala Borsa is always spectacular and the event was very exciting and engaging. A beautiful Rhythm & Blues afternoon

The Sala della Musica is a jewel in the heart of Bologna, the city of music. The exhibitions and meetings dedicated to Bolognese artists curated by Riccardo Negrelli are always stimulating, and contribute to the diffusion and promotion of Bolognese musical culture, which is crucial in the national musical panorama. Some meetings are enriched by live acoustic performances by local artists, allowing a meeting between live music and words in the evocative Sala Borsa.

The music room and the permanent exhibition are a truly beautiful place. The temporary exhibitions that I have had the opportunity to appreciate in recent years are also very beautiful. I also attended several "Conferences", always with a musical theme, conceived and narrated by Riccardo Negrelli which for their imagination and expository ability are truly not to be missed.

An experience rich in substance transmitted by the passion and competence of the speaker. Also interesting is the exhibition which raises awareness of the cultural ferment cultivated in beautiful Bologna. I believe we should continue and implement this review Emily

A place of sharing and enrichment that is expertly cared for and managed. A window on the Bolognese musical panorama. In the heart of the Petronian city, La Sala della Musica is certainly worth a visit.

Sweet Soul Music, the story of the Porretta Suol Festival told yesterday in the music room by the talented Riccardo. Enriched by the amusing anecdotes told by Graziano Uliani, the creator of P.S F. who met and brought to Porretta all the protagonists of soul music and beyond. The next one will be edition 36.
