Raccolta Lercaro

Tourist attraction Museum

👍👍 Beautiful experience in the center of Bologna! The museum is really large and organizes very interesting events and proposals for schools. Given the very central location it is difficult to get there by car, better to use public transport. People often mention museum, Lercaro,

An interesting collection, where it is possible to see works from different eras, different origins and provenance, ranging from the classical era to the present day. It can be visited for free during the Arte Fiera.

The MAMBO modern art museum is located in via Don Minzione, a street very close to Bologna central station, which can be reached very comfortably on foot. The museum has a large collection of paintings and sculptures by leading authors, prestigious names. A space is dedicated to the works of the Bolognese painter Morandi: Casa Morandi. The guides are very good and knowledgeable and manage to involve children and even adults in the journey.

This collection is truly a surprise, the works on display are remarkable and also well assorted. Free entry but I would have gladly paid, it's really worth the visit!

Unexpectedly, in via Riva Reno, a museum with attention to every detail with ancient, modern and contemporary works of art. Picasso Fountain, Morandi to name a few. Entry is free, the spaces are beautiful, the staff at the entrance are welcoming, kind and helpful. Absolutely worth visiting.

Interesting and vast art collection, especially contemporary, "collected", in fact, by Cardinal Giacomo Lercaro and increased with donations. The collection is well presented on the collectionlercaro.it website. We were struck by the involuntary comedy of the juxtaposition of the signs in the photo.

A refreshing and wonderfully presented art museum that strikes an excellent balance between styles of art. We loved this museum and I would suggest it is a must see for fellow art lovers.

(Translated by Google) Why is this museum almost unknown to anyone? It is beautiful and the display is well cared for and described. The "Lercaro Collection" was born from the union of some works acquired directly by Cardinal Giacomo Lercaro for personal taste with others, very numerous, donated to him over time by important artists and collectors. The result of a specific project implemented starting in 1971 by the will of Lercaro himself with the aim of offering everyone an opportunity to elevate thought and spirit.

(Translated by Google) Very interesting museum: modern, contemporary and ancient art. There is currently a nice exhibition on contemporary art collections. The photos show the cross by Ettore Spalletti, a work of Sissi reflected in Nanda Vigo's mirror (Original) Museo molto interessante: arte moderna, contemporanea e antica.
