The views were nice. It was not a welcoming experience. For the price you would think that your room would be ready when you arrive especially with a reservation planned a year in advance. The rooms are very outdated, it felt like a motel with an extravagant view. Be sure to bring everything you need they don’t offer any of the things an average hotel would have such as lotion, bar soap, toothbrush, paste, etc. They also don’t offer room service. There were bugs in our room and when I reached out to request bug spray, I was ignored. I wasn’t impressed with the food but the presentation was cute. I have traveled many places and this is low on my list. I was actually shocked, I pictured a totally different experience.

Came here with my wife for 1 night and had a great stay. Room was clean and had an amazing view. Offered a complementary drink and were even able to check in earlier since our room cleaning had already been completed which was very nice. Heard there had been renovations completed recently and we could really tell. The restaurant was a little pricy but it had amazing food and you could tell it was all fresh. The chef would even deliver the food to your table himself. Breakfast was fairly average but they had a selection of granola, cereal, croissants, meats, and coffee made to order. They do offer a shuttle to and from town for €5 per person but it was not advertised as much as it should probably have been. Met the owners and they were very nice and even offered us a ride back into town. Would definitely recommend staying here if you wanted a great view and something a little quieter away from the main town. They do have other amenities like a massage and a sauna that you can pay for but we did not use them. Mind you this was all in January and the view was still great.

We loved our stay here during our honeymoon! The rooms are not fancy but the views are absolutely incredible. The hotel staff was also so helpful and kind throughout our stay. We loved eating at the restaurant and taking a cooking class with Chef Alessandro - one of the highlights of our trip!

My Bride, brother, and sister-in-law originally booked this hotel based on reviews. Our original plan was to stay for two nights here then hit Milan then Venice. After meeting the staff and seeing the incredible view, we unanimously agreed to cancel our stay in Milan to add an extra day here. It's worth the stay! We could hear a peaceful waterfall from our room. It's just a short walk from the hotel. We were there mid-October and the amount of people in town was bearable. The staff mentioned it gets very busy in the summer. This hotel was by far our favorite place to stay. Enjoy!

My wife and I chose Hotel Il Perlo Panorama for our wedding party of 21 people. Upon arrival, the receptionist had no idea that we were coming and I am certain that our party occupied at least 90% of their hotel. Shuttle service was promised and we were told was included. This was not the case at all. The shuttle driver and as I later learned the manager Massimo was the rudest person that I met during our entire trip to Italy. They are not welcoming to Americans and did not care that we made reservations over a year in advance. They did not inform us until the day of that the road would be closed for our wedding day and refused us shuttle service on the day of our wedding. Even though I know that we brought them over 20,000 Euro of business during the course of our 3 day stay, Massimo acted like he were doing us a favor by sticking his nose up at us. We felt very second class on our wedding day. Ultimately the views were beautiful but they were not very accommodating in the slightest. Massimo, it’s time to retire and share this great location with people who appreciate it like your kind waitstaff.

Nice hotel with modern fitout, expansive views down and across the lake from the terrace restaurant and facing rooms. Staff make this an enjoyable stay. Great facilities for cyclists.

👍👍 The food here was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and so glad it was recommended to us. We went right before they opened and there was already a queue of people. The carbonara and the truffle pasta were both delicious - creamy and full of flavour. Prices were reasonable for portion size....
