8/16: After spending a fortune at a nearby seafood place we got lucky and found this hidden gem. I love their… everything we ordered like pizza, pasta and seafood! Yet, don’t expect the greasy oily American style pizza here. Thank god pepperoni is not an option! To top that their price is beyond reasonable in this pricey resort town. They open at 7 for dinner and the line is always long. Better get there early or call to make a reservation. 8/17: we went back again :). We ordered diff food and we love them all 🥰 see new pic. They just have really good tomato sauce… so great 🍕 Tonight they made a mistake on one of our pizzas and they quickly baked us a new one like in less than 10 min. The waiter was so apologetic that we felt bad for him. Finally, you really have to try the Tiramisu!! The best I had.

Delicious italian food! We reserved our lunch day in advance and recommend to do so. There was a queue at the entrance before opening hour. Fish and lasagna are good. The greek salad is not so nice.

La Grotta is located in an alley along the Bellagio streets, you need to walk up a small flight of stairs to reach it. We ordered a fish appetiser, clams pasta and trout fillet to share, and all of the dishes tasted fresh and delicious. We were particularly impressed with how the trout was cooked, with a tinge of sourness which elevated the dish. This was recommended to us by a local from our hotel, and we definitely recommend you to try this out if you are in Bellagio.

One of our favourite dinning experiences in our stay at Bellagio. The restaurant has a beautiful interior with arched brick walls. We ordered pizza to share, and the pizza crust and base was perfection. My highlight was the seafood pasta with red sauce. I personally don’t like tomato based pasta sauces, but this was the best pasta we had on our entire trip around Italy. The customer service was amazing and we came back another time to grab pizza to go to eat by the lake and watch the sunset. It does get busy here so try to come early or book if possible.

We really did not enjoy these pizzas - tough, dry, salty, with ingredients that leave you questioning if they came from cans and the freezer. We ordered a salad, a margherita pizza and a porcini mushroom pizza which was pretty much a margherita except you pay an extra 4 euros for half a cut up mushroom on top. The atmosphere of this place is great, as we sat on the steep steps of a bellagio walkway, and the service was responsive. Appreciated the bread sticks as we waited for our orders.

Good food, professional staff, genuine price and sincere service. Tuna Onion pizza was good. The seafood platter was also nice(mix of prawns, fishes & vegetables) & the quantity of fries was also good; 1 fries would have been enough but we ordered two. In Milan, a restaurant charged 8€ per coca cola can. Here, they charged a fair rate of 3,5€. Although, as they say there is always room for improvement but they are giving good services NOT robbing tourists as many do all around the world.

La Grotta is one of the rare places in Bellagio that isn't closed in the winter season. They have a nice variety of food and great gluten free options. The service was nice and the atmosphere great. I would totally recommend this place!

One of the only restaurants open in January in Bellagio and the surrounding towns. The pizza, pasta and mains were all delicious. The mussels for a starter packed a punch full of flavour and are a must! Homely interior, friendly staff - couldn’t have asked for more. We came here two nights in a row and would come back again!

We saw this place recommended online and thought we would try it after seeing the menu and prices were quite reasonable. We weren’t disappointed. Pizzas tasted great with plenty of variety on offer, size was bellyful and the atmosphere felt traditional and cosy. If you’re lucky you can get on the steps but we found inside was also nice. If you’re looking for good value then check this place out.

This is a lovely gem of a restaurant! It’s busy so you may need to wait but it’s quick. The food is delicious - we ordered seafood, pizza and desserts and they were all gorgeous. Staff are also attentive and friendly - highly recommend!

Very nice restaurant. Both pasta dishes we ordered were very nice. Quick service and was a lovely dinner. Would recommend arriving just before opening time to avoid queuing for long period

We indulged in two local specialties: Pizzoccheri and Breaded Perch Fillet. The Pizzoccheri delighted us with its creamy texture, offering a comforting and satisfying experience. Meanwhile, the Breaded Perch Fillet, complemented by a drizzle of zesty lemon, delivered a delicious combination of flavors that left us thoroughly impressed. These local specialties truly showcased the essence of the region and made our dining experience an absolute delight.
