Back home with more calm I measure the sleeves, they have been shortened by a good 2cm. The fabric has been cut, the jacket to be thrown away. The following day my mother (I work) brings the jacket back to the store, the staff immediately notes that the tailors' intervention is wrong, they are activated to get me another identical jacket. Piogga neve e maltempo, il corriere non parte da Padova ma io non vengo avvisato. La giacca non sarà qui prima del secondo lunedì dopo l'acquisto. Oggi finalmente arriva la giacca, mia madre (sia benedetta) va a ritirarmela, le tocca insistere per farsi consegnare il porta abito (glielo avevamo lasciato insieme alla giacca "rovinata" dai sarti) e in più alla consegna dell'abito tutti fanno finta di niente finché mia madre dice che su quell'abito sono stati pagati 27€ VENTISETTE, per un intervento che è stato fatto al contrario rovinando la giacca, perlomeno per le mie misure, e obbligando me e mia madre a tornare al negozio ben 4 volte tra una cosa e un'altra. Solo a quel punto mia madre ha ricevuto indietro non i soldi bensì uno scontrino firmato con i famosi 27€ di credito da spendere presso quello stesso Boggi. Gli errori li commettiamo tutti, ci sta, e devo dire che a loro modo hanno provato a porre rimedio ai loro sbagli (per questo 2 stelle e non una), però hanno anche continuato a sbagliare, imperterriti, aggravando la loro posizione. Cosa abbiamo imparato dunque: -Il cliente dovrebbe SEMPRE pagare alla consegna, una volta stabilito che il prodotto è soddisfacente. -Il commesso che segue il lavoro deve SEMPRE verificare che il lavoro sia stato eseguito bene PRIMA di consegnare il capo al cliente per la prova finale. -Se ci si impegna ad avvisare un cliente di una consegna e la consegna non arriva, non si fa finta di niente MA si fa una telefonata al cliente, ci si scusa anche se non dipende da proprie mancanze e si dice al cliente che notizie sulla consegna verranno fornite quanto prima. -L'opzione di un reso in denaro, specialmente quando si sono commessi così tanti errori, ed è legittimo che il cliente non voglia più avere a che fare con il negozio, dovrebbe essere fornita. -Se da cliente dico che ho un'impressione strana riguardo ad una modifica del vestito oppure non mi è stato consegnato il porta abito o ancora non mi è stato proposto il reso mi aspetto che mi vengano proposte soluzioni puntuali e veloci, non che si faccia finta di niente.     I was amazed you can walk in completely naked, and walk out dressed head-to-toe in Boggi. Underwear, suits, shoes, jackets, socks, cuff links, pocket squares, wallets, sunglasses, ties, jumpers, trainers, etc. Brilliantly helpful staff, and I left looking a million dollars! Grazie mille!

    Quality products and absolutely well made, the only flaw is the service which at times becomes annoying, proposing several times to purchase other products and/or accessories.
