I'm
leaving
this
review
'in
progress'.
I
would
like
to
point
out
that
I
bring
the
story
of
a
private
shelter.
Unfortunately,
many
of
us
take
for
granted
the
importance
of
public
healthcare,
and
its
related
sustenance
in
terms
of
costs,
therefore,
when
they
find
themselves
having
to
ask
for
paid
hospitalization,
they
fall
from
the
clouds,
thinking
they
are
talking
about
unsustainable
figures.
The
reality
is
that
it
is
true,
the
costs
are
high,
it
is
true,
not
everyone
can
afford
these
treatments,
it
is
unfortunately
true,
even
if
treated,
however,
unfortunately
people
die,
or
get
worse,
both
in
the
public
and
private
sectors.
The
cost
of
hospitalization
is
not
affordable
for
everyone,
I
am
aware
of
this
and
I
am
also
sorry,
but
it
is
the
general
system
that
no
longer
works.
The
public
kicks
you
out
as
soon
as
possible,
gives
you
a
similar
stay
elsewhere,
not
managed
very
well,
perhaps
with
a
lot
of
will
but
little
funding...
I
don't
know.
But
we
pay
the
consequences
of
the
distortion
of
sources
for
healthcare.
I
conclude
the
introduction
by
saying
that
thank
goodness
I
found
a
place
in
this
emergency
facility,
for
my
mother
who
was
being
discharged
from
another
hospital,
where
they
thought
she
was
as
fresh
as
a
rose
for
a
protected
facility,
unfortunately
quite
far
from
home
among
other
things.
Not
feeling
at
ease
because
mum
seemed
rather
needy,
we
looked
for
an
alternative.
From
the
first
call,
the
operator
Rossella,
who
knows
how
to
best
sell
her
service,
was
empathetic
and
prompt.
After
a
very
short
time
I
was
contacted
by
the
doctor
for
a
preparation,
after
48
hours
the
mother
came
in,
punctually,
but
with
a
fever.
The
entrance
interview
was
welcoming
and
scrupulous,
it
also
seemed
very
honest.
So
what
can
I
say?
Maybe
five
stars
will
follow,
or
I'll
have
to
change
my
mind
(I
DON'T
THINK)
For
now
we
are
very
happy
that
mother
is
there
even
though
there
are
many
problems.
The
facility
is
clean,
the
food
is
good.
It
amazes
me
to
read
about
patients
without
water....
really...
If
I
can
say
something
questionable,
perhaps,
last
week
it
was
still
very
hot,
and
I
find
that
the
cleaning
staff
is
not
very
facilitated
for
certain
types
of
cleaning.
The
rooms
are
small
and
for
example,
to
remove
the
cobwebs
(which
isn't
a
big
deal,
they
are
cobwebs...
and
they
can
happen)
they
would
have
to
move
the
patients'
beds
a
little
and
I
don't
think
it's
possible...
I
also
believe
that
within
hospitals
in
general,
everyone
is
important
and
worthy
of
a
little
understanding.
Sometimes
even
when
we
see
that
their
patience
is
running
out...
Let's
try
to
be
kind
too,
kindness
and
professionalism
will
save
people,
I'm
convinced.
I've
been
going
around
hospitals
twice
a
day
for
three
months,
I
had
an
idea,
and
here,
I
see
running!
I
don't
see
people
who
'solfanate',
I
see
people
who
run,
get
busy,
and
always
have
a
polite
greeting
to
keep
everyone
happy.
In
the
meantime,
it's
enough
for
me
to
feel
a
little
better.
