Persoba very prepared, smart and kind. Once in radiology I was welcomed by technical staff who immediately supported me and with great courtesy and professionalism made me sit down to carry out the exam which lasted 20 minutes. Clean place. Fast and professional. Advised

I used this facility to carry out some tests privately, I waited in two queues at two different receptions before understanding where I had to go, only to then discover that not even they knew which tests were included in the package I had booked, in addition to the inconsistencies between what was reported on the site. Maximum disorganization, no feeling of professionalism.

I had a bad time at the reception where the lady served me in a distracted manner... she wanted to make me pay the ticket for the MRI even though the code was specified on the doctor's request. Exemption and when I pointed it out to him he replied telling me he hadn't seen it. Then, also having x-rays to do, I brought 2 requests and she asked me why the same thing was written in both (she hadn't noticed that on one request it said RX and on the other MRI). Another incorrect thing on their part was that during the booking phase no one told me that they only pay for x-rays (they had to call me specifically to tell me the day before yesterday). It is a clinic that I recommend to everyone, especially to those like me he comes from another region

I am biased towards MRI scans as I suffer from claustrophobia, but at your center I found such professionalism, courtesy and human sense that I managed to have 2 done, one after the other without difficulty. Thanks and congratulations!
