👍👍 Called in today for the first time with my wife for lunch, first impressions were good, entrance to the cafe is through the farm shop. We had a short wait while we waited to be seated by a uniformed member of staff who showed us to a table. The cafe has a rustic feel with a stylish suspended ceiling... People often mention good, shop, staff, farm, lovely, time, cafe, great, nice, choice,

Called in today for the first time with my wife for lunch, first impressions were good, entrance to the cafe is through the farm shop. We had a short wait while we waited to be seated by a uniformed member of staff who showed us to a table. The cafe has a rustic feel with a stylish suspended ceiling with lighting. The menu was extensive and covered the majority of meals for all tastes. The food was excellent and well presented. Toilets are modern and clean, also included are wheelchair and baby changing facilities, high chairs are available. The cafe and shop are wheelchair friendly. The shop stocks a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, cakes etc. Small gifts are also on offer. Free car parking.

First time of visiting been past it many times so finally got round to going in. Butchers looked good bought a couple of sausage rolls which i hope taste as good as they look 😋. Sells fresh fruit and veg, chutneys, jams ,eggs , frozen goods etc. Has a large spacious cafe , staff were friendly and helpful (i asked if i could have a ham salad sarnie as most of them had cheese and i don't like cheese and they did it for me) Wasn't too busy got straight in ,not a dirty table insight all cleared and wiped.

Been to the Arrow Farm Shop Café for the first time today. The food was excellent, I had the breakfast and it was not grease (as they usually are) and my wife had the egg benedict, which was served with lovely thick ham. The staff were also very pleasant and efficient. The adjacent farm shop sell quality fresh vegetables. We will definitely return.

first time back since two years ago. the big improvement was the services. congratulation to the management. food were generally good but the beef stronganoff was a bit under size.. will be again. we went for afternoon high tea on 3pm, ordered arrow farm afternoon tea for two and farmhouse afternoon tea for one. the difference between these two is pork pie in farmhouse and cakes in arrow farm. the price is reasonable £10 per head. with that price you will not be disappointed.

Terrible. Most of the kitchen staff weren't in and they had a limited menu. Only 3 mains were available so we all had the lasagne. It was awful. The quantity of herbs was so overpowering that we couldn't eat it. All you could taste were the herbs. For that price, I expected far better. Certainly more than some lasagne, a rather small salad and some garlic bread. When we complained to the manager, she was very dismissive. She reduced the bill slightly but insisted that what we were saying couldn't be right. It's now an hour later and both my daughter and I are sat on the sofa at home feeling ill. We won't be going back.

I've been here for breakfast a couple of times. I'm just not convinced on the potatoes and they were still raw. Also having to choose between beans and tomatoes, usually everywhere else they are both just included. The breakfast was small for £9.50. I wouldn't go back I don't think.

We come in here quite frequently for a coffee etc after walking the dogs. The staff are very friendly and service is usually good BUT today they were on a go slow. Five staff stood around the counter, including senior staff I imagine and completely ignored us whilst one lady seemed to be doing all the work. It took fifteen minutes for our order to be taken whilst the cafe was only a third full. Needs to be sorted out.....

A great establishment. Restaurant and farm shop, what's not to like. I have given it 4 stars as its a bit pricey however I fully understand in this economic climate that prices are rising! The quality of food is extremely good in the farm shop and I would like to think that they'd use some of the produce in the restaurant but it's doubtful when it comes to the meat I feel. Had a lovely Sunday roast dinner, quite tasty and portions good with a not too bad a price. It is table waiting service. Available seating and the venue is lovely. They were short on staff but the wait wasn't too long thankfully. Plenty of parking with disabled ramp up to the shop for wheelchairs. We'll thought out layout of the shop and restaurant for the less able bodied. Staff are lovely and accommodating.

Waited 45 minutes for a simple lunch. Explanation that orders taken in turn. Not so. Then everything is cooked freshly. Not so. Slice of a large pie, warm chips and over cooked broccoli takes more than 10 minutes? I don't think so. It would be better to manage the kitchen efficiently.

Had a great breakfast here: eggs Benedict, and the avocado on sourdough, washed down with orange juice. It was too class, with great service 💯

Excellent choice and a fantastic restaurant. Pricey but goodish value. Meat choice is amazing and not stupid prices either. Our new farm shop of choice... and eatery closest to Clumber Park.

We ate here for the first time today. There was a wait for the food as they were short staffed in the kitchen. All staff were relaxed, helpful and very friendly even though they were under pressure. There's good food choice and all our meals were generous sizes and great quality. Enjoyed a potter round the farm shop afterwards. Lovely cafe with great countryside views through huge windows. We will definately be back soon. Thanks

Lovely! Afternoon tea with a good friend, time to sit, chat and not be rushed out. Afternoon tea was lovely, had the traditional one as opposed to the savoury one and very nice it was.plus a great shop to tempt you to buy

For the life of me I am unsure as to where the previous reviewer ate. My family and I are regulars at arrow farm and have always found the food to be of the highest quality and the staff to be most accommodating and friendly. As for the reduced menu due to staff shortages there is a varied selection of at least 6 mains to choose from as well as a number of lighter bites.

Nice place but the food came way toooooo slow. Waited for an hour for some English breakfast. Ridiculous. Do not recommend if you don’t have a whole day to waste…

It makes such difference when you are served with a smile and efficiency. Lovely spacious coffee shop. Super farm shop with a great variety of eats, treats, bread, fruit and vegetables, and more... Just love the Meadowfresh pie slices and other meats from the butcher. Ordered hamburgers to take away for a picnic but was so dissapointed when we found no lettuce on the buns, the burger patties were so tasty but oh SO salty. And very disappointing chips - not a good colour and very oily. One plus - the coleslaw was superb.

Always tasty food and good to know it's locally sourced (apart from the balsamic 🙂) and good quality. Staff were very accommodating of our party of 9 and the food came out in reasonable time.

The meal was very nice but the plates were almost cold so the the person I'd invited to lunch left nearly all their chips because cold. But ham was lovely so I bought some on way out.

If you want a quick coffee don't come here, unless your retired and have nothing else to do. Coffee was nice but service was painfully slow. Staff were lovely but the management need to look at the system of serving.

Went for afternoon tea with a friend and her family. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. When the food came it was well set out and a good selection. It was all fresh and tasted lovely.

Nice place to sit Came in at 2-3 in the afternoon, place was busy. Long wait to take our order. Food took a while which I expected, however I didn't expect our drinks of 2 lattes to take longer. Myself and my dad had new York delli toasties, I could only taste the gherkin, apparently my dad could also taste the mustard but neither of us could taste the pastrami. The lattes were acceptable. Staff were pleasant to talk to.

Food really good, plenty of choice. Staff nice and helpful. Me and my husband love good coffee, but what they served us was very bitter so could not drink it. But that is down to personal choice. Just thought I should mention it for if like us you love your coffee I would not want you to be disappointed. Will definitely go again for the good food and varied menu. Try it.

Visited the cafe for Sunday lunch with my family including my 88 year old mum. There appeared to be plenty of staff on duty but no one taking charge. Staff need training . Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, while they took 3 customers payment without even acknowledging us.Food nice & tasty & arrived quickly. Dilute drinks were very warm, just brought us ice & 1 glass of cold water to mix with the warm
