I have shopped with ARL a few times now, I mainly go in store however I had the item delivered this time. At first the item was out of stock but they notified me when it was back in stock and the item was dispatched the same day I purchased. Absolutley amazing staff and they are all so friendly. Great quality items and speedy delivery too! Got another order in and will keep coming back!

Unprofessional and very rude - the young lad who works there needs to learn some manners and how to speak to customers. Saying that...if it's his father who runs the place then sadly the Apple doesn't fall to far from the tree let's say. Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour showed and by all accounts it's not the first time they have treated customers like they did me n my daughter. Apart from that my shopping experience in the Crompton Place at the weekend was lovely..

Visited recently to purchase a birthday present for a friend and highly recommend it if you need any band t-shirts, gothic t-shirts, gothic statues etc. It is usually pretty quiet so don't worry about it being busy. Since it is in the middle of town there is no dedicated parking so you will have to find somewhere to park and walk.

Been to this shop twice now and each time I was met with exceptional customer service. Very helpful and not pushy when it comes to sales and very patient. Was also very good with my little boy who was basically bouncing off the walls! One thing that I would love to see at the shop is children's band merch. I would love to dress my son up in similar merchandise to me!

✨️Hi there, Me and my girlfriend 1st went to the shop where she bought some wolf pants, when we was there the music was amazing the service from the father and son. Since then think in 2018. To now where they are now and have the website and social media with the shop. I really would recommend the shop to anyone. I remember the first time I entered A.R.L, Saj was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease whilst looking in his store. I enjoyed having a look at all the different unique styles that the shop has to offer such as Anne Stokes designs, band merch and more since I am a much loved fan of gothic culture. The store always has a lovely feel when you walk in and Saj and Danny are so helpful and will offer advice with anything that you may need on any of their items. Since my first visit I got offered to work with Saj to help his business grow and I enjoyed every minute helping him around the store. I also made a good friend that I've got for life now and I am forever grateful for his support. I really would recommend coming into A.R.L if you are looking for somewhere that sells something unique that will fit your style but that also is a place you feel comfortable being in. A.R.L has a warm energy too it and is worth stopping by. If you are looking for a place to feel at home then A.R.L is the place to be! :)

I absolutely love this shop - the staff are very friendly and try their best to help you with anything you need - including ordering products in that customers want. I’ve shopped here multiple times and it’s safe to say I haven’t finished yet. If you don’t believe me as to just how good this store is you should go and see it for yourself in person - I can promise you won’t be disappointed

Went there for the first time yesterday and it looked very interesting. Darrell was fun to talk to while we made conversation about the merch they had. Great stuff!
