I thought it was brilliant there are loads of shops in the park to peruse or buy from. My main shop in this instance was Curry's PC World. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. I just went with my mother to buy a fan each as we live in different houses. My mum bought one that was already assembled, the one I bought was not. There was nothing on the box to tell you it was self assembly and we tried for 2 and a half hours to do this and we could not. I rung them up to ask if someone could help me and they were insist ant that they could not do that. They suggested I got a taxi and brought the product back and they would give me a refund, this was impossible as it was bought by my mums card. Anyway as got many health problems I could not go down in a taxi as the temperature was 30 degrees plus, so be aware and check before you purchase an item that it is not self assembly or if it is ask them at store to assemble it for you if your vehicle has the space.

Does the job. If you're in Bolton and need to visit the stores on this park, then nowhere else will quite fit the bill. There is adequate parking and nothing mush else to say from a customer's perspective it looks well maintained enough, but I can't speak for the experience of the tennant stores which are all large national chains so the store managers probably don't hold much sway with their corporate overseers anyway, but this is simply all conjecture. All I can say is I was able to park my car, walk across to the shop without incident, get what I needed from said shop and return to my car without incident. I'd love to report that this was due to some immense and noteworthy effort on the part of the management of Bolton gate retail park but I simply can't. These people just don't interact with the store customers there's no need for them to. If they started trying to make your visit better in any way it'd make it worse because they'd be stopping you doing what you need to do by visiting their retail park. Like I said at the start, it does the job. It's impossible and completely pointless for me to even begin reviewing a retail park, yet here we are....

Good retail park excellent parking lots of stores we visited Bensons For Beds easy access just out of town centre

Called into Dunelm to look at kitchen accessories and light fittings, used the cafe which was great cake and latte but didn't find what I wanted and prices for plates etc a little pricey.

Fantastic little colle tion of usfull stores right off the motorway and no beggars wow

Nice collection of home essentials Currys, Dunelm, Wrens kitchen with plenty of parking, but getting out from here to road needs a signal as it fast moving traffic

Plenty of Free Parking, Plenty of Disabled parking spaces, Great variety of shops, I went to Currys to buy a Smartwatch. Polite and friendly staff, Excellent product knowledge, Excellent customer service. 5☆

Dunelm was great. I had an idea of the type of curtains I wanted, but was greatly assisted and advised by a very knowledgeable and friendly lady member of staff. If I'd shopped online, I would have ended up with the wrong ones

Went to Dunhelm store and JYSK. Both busy. Found what I had gone in for in both stores.

A large shopping centre with all kinds of shop's, lots of room to park two different parts retail park's.

This is a wonderful place for help with coping with the world after being confronted with cancer. Everyone is very caring and the atmosphere is friendly.

Limited range of stores but good for home furnishing and electrical. Good parking but need better signage. It's a bit confusing.

A retail park near the Bolton city center. The nature of shops is housewares. There are tons of parking spaces with 3 hours of free parking. Please notice that one of the T&C said you should remain in the retail park during the free parking period.

We went to jysk because we were told it was like IKEA but sadly not a patch on IKEA, but OK, just.

Went to Currys. Was served by an efficient young woman. Purchased a washing machine. It was delivered and fitted the next day. Job done😁

Visited hobbycraft to purchase jam jars for pickled beetroot and onions. They were competitively priced and good quality

Okay if you really want one of these stores, but hardly a destination and depressingly dreary architecture. Nothing to delight here.

Limited number of stores (inc the gym). Okay if you Specifically need one but in all honesty not a patch on Middlebrook just up the road. Went here for Dunelm & to walk into Bolton (Argos collection). Lots of parking available but not varied enough to 'draw' like Middlebrook.

A nightmare getting out of the carpark because ironman was on. The council or centre should have better organised around this event. It took over an hour to leave. Ridiculous, utter chaos!!

Probably the best retail park in the region. Lots of good shopping, plenty of places to eat. A large bowling alley area and lots of wide space car parking.

Always happy to be here, everything in single shopping centre from groceries to cinema, McDonald's and other restaurants. Great place...
