I have ordered beef burger with curly fries and fruitilicious milkshake. It is definitely the place to go if you are after fresh and good burger. The curly fries were really good and milkshake was just incredible. Food packaging is very neat and keeps the food piping hot. I would recommend this to anybody.

Ok, I can pull my review back to 5* as the last few orders have arrived much quicker and have been very fresh, best chicken burgers around. I've got friends that come here especially to get them. Well done guys 😃 EDIT: I'm having to edit my review down from 5* to just 3*. The service has gone really downhill recently. I've been a regular customer for a while now and they don't care. Orders are taking hours to arrive, often not that warm. They couldn't seem to care less when I've rang them. Basic, professional customer service is needed to sort this place out - and more delivery drivers! Happy to edit my review once again when things hopefully improve. The burgers are still really delicious, but the wait times and poor service means I now order far less. Shame. Original review: Wow. It was so bad never ordering from here ever again always forgot to try this place and regretted I do still regret it because it ruined my mood and I regret not buying this awful food from before so this awful experience could be over and done with the Angus burger or whatever smelled like bacon so we had to call and check if it was halal thank god it was so we didn’t wast £ 50 on some worthless food the chicken we ordered such a medium portion and tried to cover the empty spaces as much . very undercooked and there was a little bit of sauce and the milkshake was good thankfully at least some of my money wasn’t wasted and the tenders were good but could use a bit of more cooking and this might seem a bit harsh and seem like oh your just criticising us and that your a Karen but this is the truth . Thanks for your time 🕰️

I am here at least 3 days a week after work. Definitely the best burger place in Manchester and the surroundings. Fresh meat and great everytime, not matter what time of the day. The staff are always friendly as well even towards the end of the day haha. By the way, I am quite fussy 😄. Ignore every bad review on here. This place is top notch 👌.

Delivery was a bit late but that’s alright because the food came hot and freshly made. Smash burger was decently sized, tasty and worthy of its price. Classic chicken burger was also tasty and decent for that price. Milkshake was made with good quality ice cream. Only item I disliked was the peri peri chicken, barely grilled and tasted just like steamed chicken. Could do better!

Ordered a few times and it has always been amazing. Sunday I ordered at 17:30 and did not receive the order until 19:45. Once I opened the food it was not cooked inside the burgers, I called and advised I wanted a refund as the food was not cooked even offered to send photos but was assured I would receive a refund but still noting. Will not be ordering again as this is not acceptable. If you promise someone a refund because you can’t be bothered to cook the food properly then honour it

After watching a review by Danny Marlin (Rate my takeaway). I decided to try this place and travelled from Yorkshire to Bolton. I went for the 1/2 peri peri chicken and double decker burger. I have to say the peri peri chicken was out of this world, it was spicy, succulent and full of flavour. Unfortunately, the burger was disappointing, as it was bland, tasteless and lacked Seasoning and flavour and there was no punch or kick from the flavours. I do recommend for owners to review recipe and amend it accordingly. Would come again for the peri per chicken but not for the burger. ❤️

Food just below average, a bit over rated. Not too sure what all the hype is about. Unfortunately was charged for extras for my burger meal but the items weren’t included in my order.

I thought we'd try here after being recommended by a friend and getting a discount code. The milkshakes were good but the rest of the food just wasn't great. The burgers were dry and overcooked, the chicken coating on the loaded fries was very over salty and the whole thing just wasn't nice. We'll be sticking to SMASHIES in future.

Ordered from Bolton shop online on their website for delivery. Something went wrong with the end of the transaction and I got an error, so I called the mobile number to check the order had gone through. Chap on the phone was pleasant and polite and confirmed they had the order. Online it said delivery estimate was 50+ minutes, but the food arrived in just over 30. Driver was pleasant, didn't put the bag on the floor (which some do and it annoys the heck outta me!) and everything was well packaged. I had an Angus double burger, hubby had an Angus double smoking burger meal. The burgers were wrapped then boxed, looked very appetising, (not a thrown-together mess in a box) and smelled and tasted amazing. Juicy burgers without being greasy. Just the right amount of salad and sauce to not make the bun soggy and I'd ordered extra "turkey rasher" and onion on my Angus double, which were both present (there were actually 2 rashers), as were the extra onions on Hub's. We also ordered a Bueno waffle to share which came with a little cup of ice cream. Had plenty of Bueno pieces and sauce on it, was nice and fluffy and was a decent size for 2 to share; approx the size of a 7 inch pizza. We had milkshakes as well but I didn't get chance to take pics! The whole thing came to just over £30, but with a 20% off coupon ended up being £24+. A little on the expensive side for 2 burgers, a chips, 2 milkshakes and a waffle, but it was worth it as a treat for the quality, taste and service. Will definitely order again!

First time trying - Ordered via Uber, arrived super quick and it was FABULOUS. Such nice burgers, milkshakes LUSH!

We ordered a double beef and a double chicken burger with mayo but they sent two single chicken burgers with spicy sauce which we couldn’t eat 🤷‍♀️ we ordered mozzarella sticks and curly fries and the sent fries and jalapeño bites. Our whole order was messed up.

Overall quality and taste of the food was excellent and customisations made to my burger were adhered to with no problems, however the portion size of the chips was very small and my burger came with hardly any lettuce. In addition to this my bannoffee pie was chucked into a chicken box which was squashed and upside down in the bag when delivered! Small blips but overall very happy with the service and and food provided.

One of the best chicken burgers I have eaten! Crispy and full of flavour. Very fast service and I can't wait to order again. I also got the kinder bueno waffle and it was a perfectly delicious dessert. Great prices, I recommend 100%!

Wasnt very impressed unfortunately. Had an Angus burger which had a weird after taste and smell. The portion of chips were very small too. Lastly, I also had a portion of hot wings that were very very dry and crispy. They definitely weren't fresh. Tasted as though they were made earlier in the day and left in the hot plate and dried out completely

Online only orders here, this is a go-to burger place for me. Each burger I've tried has been delicious, if a little pricey. Delivery is usually quick and the drivers are nice and friendly.

Great quality food, and (so far) perfect order accuracy. My only negative was that the food was very expensive, but that seems to only be the case when ordering from Just Eat. I found out that you can order from Hashtag Burgers directly instead of going through Just Eat, and the prices were more reasonable when going to them directly. When you order from them directly the quality-to-price ratio is great. Not really anything negative I can say, except that their delivery times are sometimes long. Their Chicken Burgers with Hashtag sauce are especially good in my opinion. Just make sure to order from them directly and not through Just Eat, because ordering it from Just Eat is a bit of a rip-off in comparison.

I have been to many burger shops in whole England but trying Hastag was such an awesome experience. The staff is also considerate and amazing. I tried double angus beef burger and its taste was such a unique experience. Anyone who is going through my review bear in mind Hastag Burgers is 100% recommended place for fast food!

Tried this place for the first time tonight and it was lovely. We had the Grilled chicken burger and Double Griller meals and would definitely order again. Hot food, quality ingredients and fast delivery.
