I usually give it a while before I give reviews because service can be hit or miss at fast food restaurants but I've been going a lot the past couple years and they almost always get my order wrong and the fries are ALWAYS half empty, cold, and usually never salted enough. The staff are always friendly but the fact I always find myself going around the drive through twice or having to come back to fix wrong orders, it's a joke. Don't know if it's something with the management or not but needs fixing because why am I paying for half empty portions of fries

Most recent visit 7/08 drive thru. Hardly any cars yet Incredibly slow service to take the order. Both chips served soggy and uncooked. Burgers cold. I rarely rate low but this was awful especially for the price.

Ordered 2 banana milkshakes - got vanilla instead. Ordered chicken nuggets with 4 x sauces. Didn’t get any sauces. ordered a Big Mac and paid for extra gerkins - didn’t get a single gerkin on the burger! And the chips were only half full! Not impressed at all! Will not order from here again.

No point ordering on the app for drive thru pickup here...they always ask you to park up and they will bring it out, which can take upwards of 10 minutes by which time the rest of your food is cold or melted. The McCrispys we got were both very lacking in salad and sauce...and the buns had been burned. Really not worth the money.

Staff Average, food mostly warm not Hot, Carparking Absolutely Diabolical, people Not adhering to the Arrows, Not Enough Disabled bay's, People using Disabled parking for lots of reasons and Laziness!!!!, Staff Won't do Anything to help the situation, Drive through Foods Never ready Also creating parking problems!!!, Manager's Not strong minded and to young!!!! Come on McDonald's get it Together it's not that hard to do !!!!

The ambience is awesome though not too big, good food and the staff are very polite and swift. The drive-through is one of the quickest I have experienced around here.

Always have trouble with this mcdonalds. I dont know how many times you can order something on separate occasions and they always forget to put something in the bag. Its either half your order missing, no straws, no napkins, no sauces or the wrong drink. When you try and ring up you get no where! How hard is it really to look at an order and put the right things in the bag.

Very rude young man at payment window. Nkt considerate at all. I paid for the wrong order and he had me go all the way back round and sarcastic tone to suit too

Why this place has a drive through option is beyond me. Everytime the carpark is just full of people waiting for orders. Great you'd think fresh cooked food. Nope somehow 90% of your order comes cold. They seem to prioritise delivery drivers from just eat etc .

Always go to this McDonald’s, never had an experience like today! Served by a very rude little girl who looked about 13 and claimed she was a manager, gave me old stale food after making me wait in the car park for it and then when I went back after driving all the way home and back to show her, she said it was fresh and wouldn’t exchange it in the future if it happened again, she didn’t apologise for putting me out at all, just gave me a stinking, rotten attitude instead. Never going back again!

Process seems to be going up on the food portions smaller. The fillet of fish looks like it’s been thrown in the bun from across the room never placed properly in the middle of the bun mayonnaise half in the tray less on the bun.

Food was cold the restaurant was absolutely disgusting no clean tables rubbish everywhere will never be going there again was going to dine in but took out instead as was disgusting

fantastic service polite macdonalds staff, except for a uber eats driver kicking and banging on the door while i were using the w.c 🤯.
