Massive thank you to the out of hours team. I have had numerous appointments with my gp who has never taken my concerns seriously resulting in a regular need for antibiotics. After a conversation with the out of hours gp, who advised me on my rights and sent a supporting letter to my gp I have now been referred for an investigative scan. Thank you so much!

Prescribed Amoxicillin liquid for a 3 year old despite a massive shortage so unable to get treatment. Took over 10 hours to reply to request for alternative prescription! Had to wait 48 hrs until own GP open again.

Shockingly poor service. Over an hour waiting times. Only 1 or 2 doctor's working. Doctor's sat in there rooms for 15-20 mins after each patient. Try to avoid at all costs

Out of hour doctors bolton telephone manners shocking Lady answered phone not a care in world about answering my questions or concerns, spoke very rude and when asked for her name she put phone down then i spoke to supervisor about her who again didn't really seem to care absolutely appaulling I think half of the nhs staff in bolton all need to take a course on phone manners, customer service skills and time keeping ridiculous.. all the other areas seem to be back on track but bolton are shockingly lazy... why spend all them years in college and university if you clearly don't have a passion for the job your doing.. need to bring back the old doctors who actually got the job because they wanted to help patients and not just Google everything
