Shockingly poor customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Took back for exchange 1 x pr of trainers to be told its past 28 days (WHAT?! DURING COVID?!) and they've been worn? They were never worn other than to try on as they were a gift! (STILL BRAND NEW IN BOX!) The Manager was rude, dismissive and unprofessional both in store and later on the telephone. A formal complaint will be lodged forthwith. I strongly suggest avoiding this retailer, I will never shop here again and will ensure my poor expererince is voiced far and wide!

Excellent customer service from the Bolton branch when I visited today to exchange faulty trainers I'd bought online. Very helpful staff.

I have always had a good experience here until today. I had ordered a pair of Armani shoes online and the wrong ones came in a different size. The lady said she would check if she can get the right ones and went on the phone and then told me she had refunded them. I had never asked her to refund them and she never asked me. I needed them for a present and was unable to give anything now. I wanted to see if I could speak to customers services first. Instead she had refunded them and told me my shoes were unavailable. I asked for the shoes back and the manager grabbed them and put then away and I quickly took my receipt which the other collage tried to grab of me and then said I grabbed it and called me a swear word under her breath. They then called the shopping centre security and we explained the situation. I asked for the shoes back as I didn't agree to a refund and the box is addressed in my name and the manager said no they say Armani not your name. Thats the kind of management they have, instead of trying to be helpful or understand they try to argue with you. As I was leaving she went on to yell she has five years retail experience. Unfortunately this experience has put me off footasylum. I had ordered shoes and been sent the wrong ones and instead of trying to help me get something to give in time as a present, I was treated like a criminal and sworn at.

Worse customer service ever just tried to exhange some trainers that was a little smaller and ended up getting abused and told to leave as their system cant handle a simple exhange is the system they are using from the 90s ? "If you've paid by credit or debit card you can also pop down to your local Footasylum store, take your dispatch note and the goods you want to exchange and as long as they have the item you want in stock, the store team will be happy to do this for you." Literally off their website but still refused me for no reason Absolute muppets no people skills do not know how to treat a customer will never part money with this footasylum again You would never get this behaviour at JD or any other decent worthy reseller These guys will go into admission soon due to not adding value to them reselling products and they are a absolute waste of time
