This
is
a
very
basic
country
park
with
a
river
running
through
it.
There
are
quite
a
few
different
paths
to
take
but
most
are
in
extreme
need
of
maintenance,
as
are
the
steps
(there
are
about
4
sets).
It
is
very
muddy
in
places
unless
the
weather
has
been
dry
for
some
considerable
time.
There
is
a
free
car
park
with
space
for
about
20
cars,
there
are
also
bins
there.
There
are
no
toilets
and
no
children's
play
area.
There
is
an
odd
bench
but
no
picnic
benches.
Good
place
for
a
walk
with
the
dog,
especially
if
they
enjoy
swimming
and
it's
highly
likely
you
will
encounter
other
people
with
dogs.
There
have
been
a
couple
of
the
'bag
bins'
put
up
as
the
only
proper
bins
are
at
the
car
park,
but
they're
full
more
often
than
not.
You
could
probably
manage
a
walk
with
a
sturdy
pram
but
not
wheelchair
friendly.
If
you're
lucky
you
may
see
some
deer
or
ducks.
