Ordered a 1,150 GBP Jura premium coffee machine. As outlined on their website, they offered a 5% off on your 1st order, for which I signed up. However, I never received the respective email with the voucher, but an email with the order confirmation as well as the invoice. Under tracking number it said "sent directly". Since I never received the tracking number neither I got concerned and chatted with the online Customer Service agent, who told me that the 5% discount only applies for consumables and not for equipment, and referred to the terms & conditions. However, since I ordered during morning hours, the agent told me that delivery would be already next day. As this did not happen, I called Customer Service on day 2 and asked for a status. I then found myself talking to the owner, and the conversation was everything but customer oriented. No tracking number, UPS already tried to deliver but nobody was home (and we were) without leaving any proof or information at the door, requested new delivery attempt happening either later today or tomorrow, again no confirmation and no tracking number/information. Instead, the owner pushed back on all my concerns and justified that I am the only one from his 17,000 customers who is complaining about something. Although price has been good for the item, I would have expected more transparency and understanding of a presumably professional company. Addition: delivery was supposed to be done today before 12:45 according to the owner on the phone, still not arrived. The emails you referred to as being resent are neither received in my inbox, nor in the spam folder. But thanks for again pointing out that the consumer is the one to be blamed.

I have used this company for coffee beans for the last 5 years. They are good value, good quality and their delivery service is speedy and punctual. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I was very disappointed with this service, I ordered lotus biscuits which arrived with a very short shelf life. I was told to use what I could then when they expired request a refund for the remainder. I requested and never received a refund and was given the excuse of lockdown and the products having a short shelf life naturally. I wasn’t pleased with the customer service and they did not give the refund they stated they would. There was no way I was going to use all of them witching they time span. B&M had much longer dates on the products and we’re almost better value.

After trying a sample box we settled on the Signature coffee beans. Great taste, great price and very fast delivery. Can't fault this company so far and we've been using them for quite a while!

Yet DHL’s tracker says Returned to Sender an hour before i even spoke to PureGusto about it all. PureGusto then said we will give you the rest of the money if you remove your feedback Extremely unprofessional. Please, stay away from such company. — Not entirely their fault but still have their flaws. I ordered a product from these, was delayed in shipping, seemed like forever to get shipped. Then when it was with DHL. It never got delivered. 7 days later it still hasn’t been delivered even with multiple emails to this company, they were absolutely no help, didn’t care and left me to it. wasted a lot of time chasing this when it shouldn’t be my problem. Wasn’t offered any support in trying to locate and get the parcel delivered avoid a headache, shop elsewhere. Their customer service is horrific and their logistics is even worse

Sent wrong order, I ordered Zuma chai latte and received Drink Me Chai Latte, didn't get refund even after sending photos and proof of delivery! For some reason they wanted CCTV footage which I do not have!
