I loved the clothing and everything in the store . But one thing they don't have is a card system like getting points on your card or club card stuff . I wish they introduce that for their store like other stores have .🥰 In store shopping is nice as You have alot to choose from the variety , they got clothes, tops, jeans , leggings but prefer leggings from primark for the price point .😊 They have Jackets , coats, long shirts , cascual wear , skirts , crop tops , swim wear , shoes , long boots , joggers , slippers , casual slippers , sandals , wedges, belts etc. I loved the variety regarding hair as well . They got quiet nice things in hair accessories as well. 😍 I loved the hair bands, they got variety in them , ponyies with huge variety like shiffon pony , velvet ones and other fabric as well , clips and lots of variety that you wanna have ❤ They also got hand bags with different colours and variety . I bought a beige colour shoulder bag with strap and gold chain . They got nice collection in jewelry as well , you can get in golden and silver colour as well . I bought earrings with have colourfull stones in it . I loved them sooo much . They looked awesome . I loved doing shopping as you can get variety in one place . They got nice collection and was not too crowded as well which may be of concern for some people 🙂😇 Will do more shopping in future as well.

For the women out there, Bolton new look will probably be great for you. But men, you will be a bit disappointed. As you walk in through the electric scanners and the clinical white theme throughout you are met by rows and rows of women's clothes that spans all the way down the end. Turn left and you will see a little corner tucked away with a couple of hoodies jeans and shirts for men. Don't get me wrong there still is some nice stuff now and again but I would like to see a lot more. The good thing is the sizes and quality are usually quite good and the price is too. But if your expecting to get a new wardrobe hop on the train to the Manchester arndale new look instead.

It's okay. Not trying to be hard nosed but not my scene. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is covid safe. Oh yes, that famous four letter word ..... SALE! hopefully in all departments.

Plus size section leaves something to be desired. Two or three rails compared to every other option. Not good enough especially if you haven't time for online shopping and need an outfit that day!

Was accused of shop lifting here. Very horrible experience and when i took it to head office, they were rude and didn't believe me. Will not go on this store anymore. Shame on the management for getting it so wrong. Treated badly.

I recently visited New Look in Bolton and I was very impressed with the selection of clothing. There was a wide range of styles to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. I didn't end up buying anything, but I will definitely be back to shop again soon. The staff at New Look were friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer my questions and help me find what I was looking for. I also appreciated that the store was clean and well-organized. The only downsides to my experience were that the changing rooms were closed and the shoe area was fairly untidy.

Decent place for women’s clothing

Has plenty of variety, I was mainly looking for a silver necklace and there were about 3 in total all quite garish, but overall pretty good. Service was speedy and quickly dealt with.

Lovely atmosphere very clean & well laid out, really nice & helpful staff they do enough for you, i got what i wanted, i would recommend this store to anyone.

New look bolton market place, I can only say how I admire new look for its fight to keep its enthusiasm on staying open in a place that seriously lacks the customers it truly deserves, I feel new look is a great shop with well stocked fashions, reasonable prices, pleasant staff and a well kept clean and tidy store, its just sad that bolton town centre is such a mess that shoppers don't unfortunately have the enthusiasm to go or want to spend there money in such a run down place, so come on bolton if you want to ever get your reputation back get something done to make bolton centre more appealing so the last of these try hard shops can have the customers they well and truly deserve!!!.

The worst store ever, just been in stores got few things and went to the till to pay there was no one on the till I looked around I could see 3 staff standing around and talking to each other they looked at me but still no one could be asked serving on the till I had to call them out to come and sort me out I don’t think they believe in customer service so don’t waste your time here

Poor customer services had to ask for a manager to return products due to inexperienced staff no customer skills rather order online 🫤
