This Primark store in Bolton is a great place to shop for shoes, clothes, dresses 👗, jackets, suits, night wears and shoes, ties 👔 🎀, belts, children's clothing and accessories, household items, bedding, jewelry, and wrist watches ⌚️. Their prices are very cheap and affordable, and the store is massive with exceptional and friendly workers. Their customer service is excellent, and they are professional. Parking is a big issue for this store.

The selection of male clothing for children and grown ups is laughable. The prices don't make sense, I can buy jeans for £10. But a patterned crop top is £15. They only ever have a few tills open at one time so the queue ends up half way round the store.

So small and doesn't offer a lot, but its always packed and there's usually only 3 tills open at once so the queue time is ages. I spend more time in the queue than actually getting things from around the shop. It is modern and nice but the other side of it (on the outside) looks so run down and looks awful, it needs a clean

Primark is a very good shop to find clothes and is so staff friendly. But there are huge lines, especially on bank holidays which are very tough if you were in a hurry. It isn't that busy on normal days, which is good. There are very nice clothes and there are sales that go on like every week or so which is nice.

Good experience. When I was shopping, there weren't much staff on the tills, so I had to wait like 15 min to checkout, but I belive it was only for that one day. 😀

Great products bad queues. Some of the manufacturers they use are suss saw one item made in Myanmar which has huge human rights issues. So be aware a lot of the stuff is sweat shops made or slave labour

Always horrendous queues, from 11 cashier's 9 is so slow that my grandmother was faster. Limited products, qualities like typical Primark , but staff seam's like not fully awake.

This store must be in the running for the smallest UK Primark. Has it only has one floor with limited merchandise. Due to the compactness of store it makes feels distressing to shop and browse, also it is located inside a ghost mall.

A vast variety of goods for sale but with limited men's wear selection. Prices are always value for money which no other places can match.

I usually come here and it isn't too bad, just a bit of a que and sometimes busy. Today I tried to exchange an item. It wasn't possible, which was fine. But the cashier got 3 other staff members involved. I felt really embarrassed because they weren't rude but definitely none of them were nice either, e.g. none of them were listening to me. I really didn't like that she called them over and one woman yelled over to me that I couldn't exchange it, while she was dealing with another customer. I didn't even want to buy the replacement after, which was my backup plan. Woman in the changing rooms is lovely though. She's blonde with a fringe.

Budget friendly clothes, plenty of changing rooms to try on before purchase. Plenty of options for all genders shapes and and sizes

Nothing out of the ordinary about this Primark. However when I went it was extremely busy and, unbelievably, not all the tills were open and no effort was made to open further tills. This was despite a huge snaking queue for the tills and it taking nearly 15 minutes to be served upon joining the queue.

I have shopped here for years. Everyone i know shop's here it's always been a very popular place. It's value for money you can buy almost everything you need from here. There are lots of people who shop here when they are going on holiday and it's really popular for Xmas shopping. It's clean they have nice clothes and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Great place for some cheaper clothing offers, especially for women or children but not a big mens selection. Update 20-06-23 Nothing has changed with Primark. It's still the great value for money clothing store. Although The Crompton Place were it is as less vendors in there now.

Clothes cheap and cheerful for up coming holiday. Think my son is going to be better dressed than me.

Smaller store than others I have been too and they only have one till bank so the queue to pay on a Saturday afternoon was quite large but moved quickly. They had restricted sizes in some items of clothing we wanted. Prices aren't as low as they used to be.

Jumble sale. Plain and simple. Easier to find Maddy McCann then a plane white vest in here. Was optimistic at first - I'd heard about this place from the boss man in the toilets last night. Dressed head to toe in Primark gear and covered in Joop Homme, I knew I had to be just like him. Buzzing, I woke the mrs up and told her we were off on a 'Mystery Tour'. She got herself dolled up and we were off. Sprinted straight for the Vois we just managed to get there before all the work horses took them. Maybe next time they won't get on the gear and they'd be able to drive. Walked into 'Primarnis' and first thing I saw? Men's shirts with holes in them! Made to feel like a poofter in my own home town, vile. Decided on a couple white vests and a full Greggs tracksuit. Took me hours but eventually I had the lot. Took them to the changing room and barged through to the disabled one, my son Tyson Rae doesn't really talk much so we can pass him off as autistic, result. Tried the bits on, RAGING. Don't fit. Wasn't digging through that dump again for the next size up. Decided to leave and share an energy drink with my boy. Only giving 2 stars cause the bird at the till was fit.

The only good thing to say is there are a couple of staff very nice and friendly most are miserable and management have absolutely no management skills unhelpful and rude. Ask a member of staff if there are more items/sizes in the back store and omg you'd think you'd asked them to donate an organ..never used to be like this it's untidy scruffy clothes all over the floor disorganised and unpleasant to visit. Won't be going again anytime soon. Get your act together

Went at a busy time so it was a bit chaotic, luckily the staff were hard at work tidying and restocking. queue time was around 15 minutes which isn't too bad but there could have been more tills on

Don't go !!! The worst Primark I've ever been to Visited on a Friday ,kids running up and down the aisles ,pulling clothes of the rails screaming ,ignorant mothers letting them do it ! Teenagers vaping in groups .Security guard oblivious!

  • 5/5 Gary J. 2 years ago on Google
Great place for clothes. Prices are increasing but you can still get bargains.

  • 2/5 Imran A. 2 years ago on Google
Very small store. You'll be lucky to find what you come for. Ladies section seems good and big enough as wife always finds something for her.

  • 5/5 Qasim S. 2 years ago on Google

As always great bargains to be had. Despite being busy, busy, busy staff at the tills were amazing and kept the queue flowing. Staff were pleasant and approachable.

Just a small place with very limited stock. Prefer going a bit further, like Bury, as the choice of items is much better. Also clerances in other shops are much better, so if you want a really good choice go Bury or Manchester.

  • 5/5 Alison D. 1 year ago on Google
Had a good mooch around, love this shop so reasonably priced items

  • 5/5 ZAP 2 years ago on Google
Blue jeans 10£ T Shirts 6£ - both good quality. While you're in town centre- Buy fast and go. Sometimes i go to sports direct, which is very close, but it takes at least double the time, and the quality is not better. Primark- fast ! :)
