A large store in Central Bolton, sells a wide range of cosmetics, perfumes and toiletries.

They always have what I go there looking for, or at least a suitable alternative. They're priced very competitively, or to put it another way they're not the cheapest but they *are* cheap. The staff always know where to direct you if you can't find what you're looking for, even if that means directing you to a different shop. And most of the staff have a good knowledge of the products they sell and are able to advise you accordingly if you (like me usually) don't have a clue what's the product for your needs. And again, even if that means directing you to a different shop.

You can always find what you want in superdrug. Great choice, great prices. Friendly staff. Located middle of town. What more do you need. Great work...

Spent too long walking up and down aisles looking for the things I wanted, it drove me mad. Every time i go in, everything has been moved around. The one till operator was as far away from the queuing system as she could be, so another queue started to form in the wrong place. I don't like the lay out everything is so cluttered.

My wife came here for pick up…and as a good husband,had to follow follow 😏

This shop has been in the same place since I was a kid and it's always had whatever you need in store. The prices are reasonable and there is a wide range of products available 😀

very rude staff. lies about parcels not being delivered which is a way of them stealing parcels. never coming here again.

Bought many produ to here, got some absolute bargains from the clearance section. Not very busy early morning Frofay so got served very quickly

Needs more staff serving or some self service tills was queing ages.

Plenty of drugs for daily needs but its a little bit more expensive than supermarkets prices.

Conflicted score. Purchased several items and placed them in my own bag only to realise later that 1. a cleanser had not been closed properly and leaked in my bag, and 2. another item was missing. Despite knowing the unlikelihood that I would be believed, I returned the day after to find that I had not realised that a total of 3 different items had been missing, not just 1, because the staff had misplaced them while ringing them up. If I had not returned, I would have lost about £18 which I, for one, cannot afford. They apologised and said that they had tried to run after me when they noticed and gave me my missing items, which they had held behind the counter, but I don't know - be careful. (I have anxiety issues and depression so, yes, I didn't notice that it was actually 3 items missing. I will say that I was confused, telling myself "I thought I bought x"?)

Great little place. Sell all sorts from hair care to make up. Opens early in the morning. Parked in the market place which is free for 90 mins. Very pleasant people working on the tills.

Staff are extremely rude, vile and unhelpful, especially there is old lady is short and she has blondy hair. all time is anger, she charged me £10 more today for my purchase. As well as she blamed me that she gave me back my change but not gave me back my change iam not stupid.she can’t work well. HORRIBLE!!! The worst Superdrug store ever. They should be reported.

I entered the shop with one of my friends on Thursday 9th around 4ishpm me and my friend are both black girls aged 16-17 and I believe I got racially profiled there since I entered the shop the employee who was near at the door she was eyeing on me, she kept coming and checking on my friend as we are both black since we didn’t buy anything and I had my laptop and my charger in my bag soon as we were leaving the scanner beeped and she immediately took all my bags out hands without asking me if I can give it to her, I also went to the store the day before with the same friend but that’s when we entered the shop and the scanner beeped but one of the workers said it was fine since I said It was just my laptop and bag. After what happend the lady went to her co worker and goes if I “stole somethingL to mark it down I am still traumatized after what happened I didn’t get her name but I hope she faces consequences as I was seriously offended and hurt.

Extremely rude and racist staff. The tall lady with glasses on (long nose) who seems to be the team leader has to be replaced as she is main one who created this “don’t come inside” attitude for customers specially for diff races. Her behaviour is ruthless and nonsense. She never miss the chance to show her racist attitude. Always avoid this Superdrug in my town. Superdrug main team kindly look into the matter and make it pleasant for cx of coloured races.
