Avoid going in around 07.30 / 08.00 as there is a guy who has a stinky coat on, unshaven and most likely homeless and he sits in and stinks the place out. Disgusting smell, not what you want when you are trying to eat ! 😷🤮 Horrible smell.. Pictures below are months apart and has the same clothes on and same stench..😷😷😷

I love this McDonald’s but I’m not sure what’s going on now days, burgers are out of the buns cheese not in the middle, the fries aren’t fried fully the ones I get they’re white all the time. Every time I get a vanilla milkshake it tastes off and today it tastes like bubblegum. I get it it’s busy or everyone is rushing but please try improve. Thank you.

Staff are nice but I ordered my sandwich with no pickles and onions and it come with onions and pickles. My large French fries came just half and the meat was a bit burned and my soda (spritz) the ice was all melded and tasted water from melted ice.

Food is nice most of the time but customer service is shocking. Found a hair inside my chicken nugget a few weeks ago, so called up and told them. They told me to return and ask for Connor and they will give me another 6 nuggets. I did this and the lady I spoke to, Anzala, was unhelpful and unapproachable. She asked if I had given my name. I told her no because it was a while ago when I rang up and couldn't recall giving my name. She told her colleague there was a hair in my food while rolling her eyes. Completely unprofessional. So I told her colleague and she justified it and said that it's because you would usually give your name. I told her my name and told her I couldn't recall giving it her because it was a while ago. I told her to tell Anzala not to treat her customers like this, its absolutely ridiculous. She said that she would sort it but I got no apology whatsoever. They need to know how to treat their customers. I have no idea how Anzala was recruited, she should try being friendly and smile when a customer approaches her, basic customer service skills. Why pay for a service when you get no customer service

We tried Burger, Wrap & Fries. The taste was ok. The sitting arrangement is fine. The staff are good. Overall nice experience.

Had to have lunch and this was close by. Not much space and tables for people to sit at on the ground floor although there was space upstairs. Not really suitable for physically challenged people to use as there is no access Think about it McDonald's

We're a panto today so we decided to call in for a hot chocolate and one of the waffle lattes. The latte was cold, not Stone Cold but cold and the hot chocolate had no cream even though the cup was oversized to make room for the cream and it tasted like the recipe called for three scoops and they'd only put half a scoop in and it was made with water not milk. It was horrible. Well the worst £3.50 I've ever spent in my life

So awful. Always busy and service isn't good at all. It also stinks awful of fish. You can't disagree. The reason why I didn't put atmosphere on. Because I'm rating 0 for it

I spend alot of time on the road and get to use alot of different McDonald's around the country this is one of the better ones everything I ordered was made fresh and was piping hot and the burgers wasn't just thrown together like some others iv been too and fries where placed in my bag the right way up again not just thrown in like some. 9/10

The state of this place. No seating downstairs so we headed upstairs, there was food all over the floor and under our seats. The tables were sticky and there was food all up the walls. We decided to take our food to go… probably avoid this place if you can.

Well I've experienced better for a restaurant that has to be on brand. The place was not the cleanest. Struggled to eat as I was concerned on how my food was cooked.

Food is always stone cold, but this time was like been chucked around kitchen and thrown in the bag, every single item was battered, chips whiter than white, if u don't like your job or feel people shouldn't order on bank Holiday maybe your in the wrong job, I worked at BK and hated it so moved jobs because why should someone pay money for a service for someone who hates it to serve you? 100% never ordering again rather eat slugs out garden

A very nice place to have a tasty bite in Bolton. The staff is friendly, place is clean and the food is good. The place is at a prime location and very spacious with clean washrooms.

If you go into the restaurant your fine. But beware if you order online as it's pot luck as to what order you receive. I've ordered to my home address and to work as well and everytime it's either completely wrong or missing items. Today I ordered a Double Sausage Egg Mcmuffin and a Hash Brown and I ended up with not one but four Double Egg Mcmuffins but with no egg, not quite sure what I will do with them as there is only me.

It’s always okay, better than okay actually… whenever I visit to McDonald’s. They have consistency of their offering down to a T The only difference between various sites up and down the country, would be the social awkwardness of a young members of staff . I don’t think I will ever stop visiting McDonald’s sites, or eating its wares, for as long as “big Mac sauce“ continues to be a thing, a thing of beauty in my opinion. And as everybody in the world knows , beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Food always comes very quickly, I've had meals delivered to my table upstairs in as little as two minutes after I placed my order through the app

Food was more disappointing even than expected. Burgers even thunder meat then I remembered. Floor was disgusting so much so I wanted to ask for a brush while I waited 20 mins for a burger and coffee. That would have been served in seconds back when McDonald's was decent. Made me Rethink ordering for delivery from here in future

Not normally the sort place I would visit but can't beat a Classic!! Took god kids for a happy meal each, an grabbed burger an coffee ☕️ for ourself. Not bad for a fast food joint but would rate GBK far superior too Mc Donald's any day week!!.

It's a Maccies, we know what to expect. Benefited from a recent refurbishment. UPDATED 11 OCTOBER 2022 AWFUL TONIGHT. TABLES NOT CLEARED, RUBBISH ALL OVER THE RESTAURANT. COMPLAINED TO A MANAGER WHO DIDN'T CARE.

Sausage and egg muffin was ok but capachino was cold and no Chocolate on it, when I asked for a replacement the lady was very rude slammed it down and never said a word, will visit greggs over the road as always friendly there and nice coffee, if you ask for extra Chocolate they are happy to give it.

It's mcDs. It's a busy town centre store. The food was as expected. The staff in the eating areas were really on the ball and helpfull. Usual constant gaggle of delivery drivers getting in the way at the counters.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. All tables were full of half eaten food and packaging. Only 2 of the ordering terminals were working and neither gave receipts. The food was of normal McDonald's quality, but the cleanliness was a disgrace.

I took my son after the pantomime and the restaurant was busy due to half term and the panto being on When we went up stairs there was no seats but noticed half of the restaurant was closed. When I asked a lady could we sit on one of the empty tables she told me no. When I asked her why she told me she has to start closing parts of the seating areas down to done on time when she finished at 7pm it was only 4pm It was only when I asked for refund I was given a seat. There was lots of mums and dads in the same position as me.

Was OK. Busy getting the drivers out. Needed to sit downstairs as wife is in a scooter. Not at of seating downstairs. Food was OK. Order by touch screen and just wait for your food which was a good 15.mins

Got £1.99 vouchers from metro. Thought surprise my boys. Useless as they said can only use 2 voucher max. Why would they give vouchers if family can not enjoy it cheaper food together.

Was given wrong order. Went back and got correct order. Double big mac was shocking, Chips had no salt, mozzarella sticks cold!

Food on but fries only warm so sent them back. In convenient location. Good meeting place for younger people. Slightly slower service today but i observed training going on so that's OK.

Poor. Cold fries, barely warm burgers, hardly fresh, no toys left for the happy meals (with no acknowledgement when ordering). Got one of the meals completely wrong... Go somewhere else if you've got hungry kids and you're pressed for time.

omg we had to wait near enough half an hour just for an order because they completely forgot about it!!!! people who ordered after us got their orders but we had to wait around half an hour just to get our food and we missed most out movie!!!! so not impressed and when i asked a member of staff they just ignored it. not impressed. do better.
