Doctor Howarth and Doctor Earnshaw are great but that's about it! The receptionist called Lorraine is the most ignorant person i have ever had the misfortune to meet! They also have a certain amount of appointments available but you can't prebook them! All in all useless service at reception and it's no wonder A&E is over burdened if all doctors in the area operate like this! Pathetic!

Absolutely horrified by the way my grandad was treated at his appointment. Went past waiting time for him to be told nobody was there to see to him. The woman he was supposed to see sent her assistant to sort out my grandads assessment, then turned up with her shopping bags in hand with no care in the world. Luckily my dad was with him as he is a vulnerable man with mental health issues. Disgraceful !!

Doctors are alright once you see them but impossible to get through on the phone, phone line is always busy and no option to queue or be put on hold so have to phone back multiple times until you're lucky enough to get through. Although some of the reception staff are good most are rude and unhelpful when you try to speak to them. Seem to like being deliberately difficult!

Helpful staff, from Reception through to nurse and chemist needs. Other areas are Appointment only.

I don't come here often but it's usually straight forward to see the doc now that they have a mobile app. I don't really have much interaction with the recepcionists. One annoyance was that allegedly changed some IT infrastructure yet didn't tell anyone thus when I went to use the app I had to re - register all my information.

I was sad to learn, Dr Howarth has left the practice, she was such a thorough GP and is sadly missed. I've not needed to make contact with the surgery up until recently. The GP I spoke with was ok, however, felt that he was stereotyping me on lifestyle change. The GP has never seen me nor does he know what my lifestyle is. Since covid it has become difficult to see a gp and I don't feel all my health issues can be discussed in a telephone consultation. I doubt this is the only practice that operates in this way.

Receptionists are u helpful and rude and the waiting time is ridiculous but receptionists make the experience a lot worse!

My son was seen straight away at water meetings for the out of hours emergency dentist and prescribed antibiotics due to an infection. During the night his face swelled up due to the infection. I spoke to a lovely lady Steph who was fantastic. She advised me on what to do and was so reassuring and caring. What she advised definitely worked for my son.. She rang me in the afternoon to see how my son was getting on. Definitely 5* customer service from Steph. Thank you so much for your support much appreciated

A massive thank you to your colleague Lydia Daly who stopped to attend to a gentleman this morning who was badly in need of support So many people walked by or turned the other way . Your kindness and empathy were noted . An asset to your service and the community

My appointment was on time the nurse ws lovely was also offered a flue jab yearly health check all done

Doctors are good it's just Lorraine receptionist. Very rude and offhand with everybody. Should be sacked.

Worst experience i have ever received from a doctor in my life today.bring back the caring Dr howarth,and Dr earnshaw!

Wea very rude woman who sits in the office, is rude without stopping, when you try to write out a prescription, she forces you to do it in writing, and at a fine the prescription is repeated, today she told me if I don't like something, then I need to change the doctor, and at best, go to country from where I came !!! I also wanted to check the weight there is a stand, the woman started screaming so much that even her ears hurt and said that I was some kind of king that I had to ask her for permission. And when I left there rude in the trail and called me all sorts of words !!!! how after such is not to be rude in response to my mercy ????
