Bought a bracelet from here I was unsure of what to get. The lady that helped me was very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I picked the right one. What incredible service they make you feel very comfortable.

Great shop really helpful staff! I bought a watch online and had it delivered to store. I was looked after by Carol. My only regret is buying online as they have a great selection of Tag watches in store, so you’re better off buying in store. Would highly recommend.

WOW!!!.... WOW WOW WOW..... Me and my partner were struggling to find rings that were just right for us and the moment we stepped into the BeaverBrooks store in Bolton, we were welcomed by every member of staff and asked if we needed any help. Not just on one occasion but on all 3 occasions we attended the store. All the ladies were absolutely wonderful and i cannot at all fault them, but the lady who helped us through everything and of course make the final decision was SANDRA!!!! WHAT A GAL :) I hope if and when you read this you know just how much we loved you and thank you so much for everything. We are now only 20 days away from our day and thanks to you and your fabulous team, one of our biggest worries was chilled down and resolved. You were so kind, so attentive and so knowledgeable. Whenever we saw each other or spoke it was more like rekindling with an old friend and catching up. Wonderful service. Another time I've visited this Beaverbrooks. Ladies were very attentive and helpful, always smiling and being friendly. Popped in on my lunch break and Emma even shortened her lunch to help me after hearing I've only got 30 mins. I've lost my 10 year anniversary ring a few days before and she helped me find a replacement. All sorted very quickly.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Went in looking for a gift for a friend and was immediately greeted, with smiles all round. Amanda initially asked if I was looking for anything in particular and advised id seen something online. She then introduced Emma who was superrr friendly and took over. Offered me a seat whilst she started looking online for what I saw. Didn't have it in store but offered to order it in. Whole process was made really easy. Went in a few days later to collect. Service in here is fantastic. All the staff. Special thank you again to Emma!!! Would definitely recommend and will return based on my experience here. Xoxo

I was working in Bolton and wanted to buy my wife an extra birthday present i popped in to beaver brookes and was greeted by Emma & Carol who were absolutely wonderful and helpful I was offered a cup of tea by carol while Emma helped me find what I wanted I ended up buying a beautiful dress ring for my wife and spent £265 a little more than I originally planned but we’ll worth it for the product and fabulous service well done ladies your a credit to your company thanks again Mr G Dyer
