Went
to
this
branch
on
the
25-6-22
.
Started
of
as
we
entered
early
afternoon
me
and
my
friend
were
the
first
ones
in
the
waitress
approached
and
greeted
us
at
the
door
told
us
her
name
and
ask
if
we
had
any
allergies
which
we’d
never
been
asked
before.
She
spoke
so
quickly
I
couldn’t
catch
her
name.
Then
we
were
seated
and
given
menus
and
left
alone
for
about
10
mins
to
choose
what
we’d
like.
During
that
time
the
waitress
and
another
two
staff
members
were
stood
at
the
other
side
of
the
shop
one
I
think
was
called
Megan
who
wasn’t
in
any
uniform
started
having
a
conversation
between
themses
constantly
using
the
word
‘s*it*.
Which
I
found
very
unprofessional.
Then
our
waitress
came
back
over
I
asked
for
the
chocolate
orange
brownie
which
I
was
then
told
was
discontinued
which
was
disappointing
and
feel
it
would
have
been
more
appropriate
for
staff
to
tell
us
If
certain
products
on
the
menu
were
not
available
rather
than
leave
us
with
a
menu
to
choose
and
then
come
back
10
mins
later
and
say
we
don’t
do
that
anymore
she
then
pointed
out
a
couple
of
other
items
on
the
menu
which
were
also
not
available.
I
chose
to
have
the
chocolate
cake
and
my
friend
chose
the
Belgian
waffle
with
Nutella
strawberries
and
ice
cream.
Whilst
waiting
the
staff
then
decided
to
put
some
music
on
by
this
time
more
customers
were
arriving
the
music
was
loud
vulgar
rap
music
with
a
lot
of
swearing
🤬.
The
waitress
then
brought
the
desserts
over
slammed
them
on
the
table
and
walked
of.
Once
we’d
started
eating
a
father
and
his
daughter
could
have
been
brother
and
younger
sister
sat
behind
us
my
friend
while
eating
the
waffle
said
how
the
waffle
was
rock
hard
which
I
tried
then
myself
and
realised
it
was
not
wanting
to
make
a
fuss
my
friend
ate
the
ice
cream
and
about
half
the
waffle.
When
the
waitress
came
to
serve
the
customers
behind
us
they
asked
what
is
the
difference
between
the
Belgian
waffle
and
the
American
waffle
to
what
she
replied
‘the
Belgian
waffle
is
like
the
small
ones
you
get
from
Asda’
which
we
found
hilarious
as
for
such
a
professional
business
with
high
standards
to
compare
one
of
their
products
to
the
ones
you
get
in
Asda.
As
we
paid
the
bill
my
friend
asked
our
waitress
wether
the
waffle
was
frozen
or
made
fresh
to
which
she
replied
it
was
made
fresh
and
we
told
her
it
was
hard
like
a
rock
and
difficult
to
eat.
To
which
her
reply
was
‘Ermm
oh
sorry
about
that’
and
then
walked
off.
We
left
the
store.
Overall
I
have
been
to
many
other
heavenly
desserts
branches
across
the
country
and
this
was
definitely
the
worst
experience
probably
why
it
was
so
quiet
in
there
on
a
Saturday.
For
the
price
we
paid
in
there
the
desserts
and
staff
were
awful
I’d
recommend
to
the
management
to
train
your
staff
sufficiently
with
customer
service
otherwise
in
the
future
you
will
lose
a
lot
of
custom
and
money.
Safe
to
say
we
won’t
be
returning
and
definitely
not
bringing
kids
or
family
with
the
gangster
rap
music
and
swearing
from
staff.
