I came in for just a glance at the sale and ended up leaving with eight jewellery boxes and three rings! I was served by a very pretty blonde girl who I’m sure was called Victoria. She made me feel very welcome in Pandora and guided me through everything I bought.I will definitely come back to be served by her!

Recieved exceptional service from ( I believe her name was Vicky) shopping for Xmas presents and was chopping and changing my mind , this was no trouble for her , she let me see all the options of the charms in the particular range, it was so lovely not to be rushed into a purchase , in my case purchases , lovely relaxed cheerful girl , my five stars are for her 😀

I went into the bolton store today to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size and to see if I could swap a charm. The young girl who assisted me with this was very helpful indeed. Her name was Vicky. I was undecided on a different charm and even though I mithererd her daft, she couldn't have been more helpful than she was. She deserves more than 5 stars for her helpful attitude and the professional customer service she provided. Thanks again vicky for making my experience a positive one. Sarah 😃

Its unfare for me to comment ' i went with a friend ' who chose a Pandora charm . For a padora bracelet she recieve as a Christmas presant . . .there is however a large variety to choose from . . .

I have had my princess wishbone ring for just under two years and yesterday the top of my ring came off, i was upset as i haven’t taken it off since i bought. i went into the bolton store in the market place just to see if they could do anything to repair the ring. i was served by Ethan and he was very helpful and could tell her wanted to help. he said that he could send it away for a small fee for it to get repaired and i agreed. he then came back from the office and told me the ring couldn’t be repaired but as a gesture of of good will i could have a new one for nothing. i was over the moon and very appreciative as i never take this ring off as it’s my favourite. i was devastated when it broke so this act of kindness from the bolton pandora store and this young man meant a lot. they didn’t have to anything but they did and they went out of their way to put a smile on my face . thank you so much leia xx
