Good facility. There's also a chemist on site. Small car park which can be full at peak times. You can park opposite though at Morrisons.

Didn't book turned up waited 30mins before I had booster jab .then spent 15mins to make sure no reaction to jab Brilliant

June 2021, the entrance and ground floor areas are very busy at the moment with CV19 vacations, health center carpark is a little crowded but spaces available next door at the Withins pub or over the road near morrisons supermarket.

Home to the nicest staff in every area from reception to the specialists. Always clean and airy, cushioned seats in the waiting room are such a nice change. It's relaxing almost, which is a lovely change to go into an appointment with a little less pain and discomfort. The car park is often busy, there are 6-7 blue bade spaces and a supermarket and a pub next door with plenty of space. There's a chemist and a library at the entrance.

Receptionist NEVER pass messages on still waiting for my mother's care coordinator to ring and this is getting out of hand now

Doctors and children's services good I been coming here for nearly 13 years now and never have I ever experience the closure of the toilets and then to find out Sheila the security women has locked them up to stop the public using them and you have to prove you are a patient and you have to ask her for the key is beyond belief there are many like me that has the need to go to the toilet straight away can't hold for long bit them you have to find her for the key if beggers belief I have had to resort in getting a key for the disabled toilets you really need to sort you stuff out breightmet health centre..

Use the toilet before you arrive as all four of their toilets are locked and they only have a key for the disabled one.

Lovely health centre and staff. Dreadful for parking if you have a disabled badge. All the spaces were taken and most did not have a blue badge displayed. Does no one think of those who need more space to get out of their cars.

Been here a number of times for medical examination from Doctors. Also for covid flue jabs etc along with scans by appointment from own GP. Chemist also on site.

Had an appointment on a Sunday,no sign of life except Cohen's chemist totally unhelpful and rude,went inside the health centre nobody around,asked a nurse that was coming in she didn't know only said there is a mobile phone number on a the door she thought eventually found what I was there for staff not very helpful.

The epilepsy consultant is very rude. I asked for second eye on my epilepsy and the consultant said no what I say goes. That attitude don't work with me put a complaint in about him.

There's quite a range of NHS services delivered here, plus a library, but whoever designed the building must have had a fetish for wasting space. The entrance lobby is massive for no discernible reason and the rooms that are actually used are quite claustrophobic. Also, there used to be a water dispenser that was out of order for years so instead of getting it fixed some bright spark decided to just have it removed. Classic deliberate mismanagement to create the illusion that the NHS isn't worth saving even though we all know that it is.

We took our eighteen month old here to see a specialist and we could not have been more impressed. It was like going private. The waiting room was quiet and clean with a superb activity table for the little man. The doctor came out to greet us bang on time. Excellent.

Really nice staff. Morrisons close by for car parking.

They have good service and they answer the phone quickly and their doctor are so nice
