Poor
communication,
the
lady
on
the
phone
must
adopt
a
tone
which
is
more
fitting
of
speaking
to
customers.
WOULD
LIKE
TO
ADD:
Khadija
responded
to
my
google
review
within
half
an
hour
yet
I
have
been
messaging
for
two
days
after
the
first
conversation
and
had
no
response.
Insisted
I
could
come
back
for
a
free
session,
when
inquired
their
attitude
changed
to
hostile
and
accusational.
I
had
the
hopi
ear
candling
which
I
was
told
even
on
the
phone
by
the
therapist
the
treatment
would
be
repeated
several
times
if
the
first
time
enough
wax
didn't
come
out.
I
had
to
give
a
deposit
of
£15
when
the
overall
treatment
was
£20.
When
I
took
a
day
off
to
get
to
my
appointment
I
got
there
and
was
told
not
enough
wax
came
out
but
because
there
were
other
clients
waiting
the
therapist
said
she
could
not
repeat
the
treatment
then
so
asked
me
to
re-book.
This
is
not
ideal
for
me
in
having
to
come
back
and
forth
but
I
wanted
the
full
effect
of
my
treatment.
I
messaged
to
rebook
but
instead
was
met
with
"oh
we
don't
do
free
treatments
and
she
didn't
say
free
free"
whatever
that's
supposed
to
mean.
I
said
I
would
like
50%
refund
or
a
free
rebooking
as
I
paid
for
the
full
session
for
essentially
half
a
treatment.
They
agreed
to
the
free
appointment
but
when
I
gave
a
date
they
failed
to
message
back
which
is
disgraceful.
I
messaged
several
times
with
no
response.
I
would
like
50%
refund
at
least,
I
have
no
desire
to
return
and
would
like
to
be
charged
for
the
minimal
service
I
received.
Its
no
fault
of
mine
you
got
your
wires
crossed,
in
future
train
your
staff
with
more
consistency
as
two
members
of
staff
told
me
about
this
multiple
ear
wax
treatments
in
one
session
to
get
the
full
treatment.
