I wished you would be nicer to your customers! Me and my family are now boycotting this store due to your manager and staff screaming at an autistic customer!!! Even mimicking her at one point. Absolutely disgusting.

reasonable priced sports shop. A variety of goods to buy from casual wear to gold shoes.

Really unhappy with service today. Bought fifa from Game that is inside this shop as there was a deal that gave you 20% off football merchandise in the store. I asked an assistant if this included football shirts and was told it did. Bought fifa and went to the till with a liverpool shirt for my brother only to be told that I was not going to get 20% off as they "weren't sure" it included shirts. Despite being told that it did include shirts by their own staff prepurchase, having a code on the reciept and being shown the deal on their own website!!!! They said "there was nothing they could do, the member of staff who said it included shirts wouldnt have known if it did or not" They refused to honour it and said we couldnt speak to a manger as it was his day off. When asked what would be best they said "wait a few days to see if they find out about the fifa deal" when I sad it was a shame as I only bought fifa there for the deal they said "take fifa back"!! So unhelpful and unprofessional. Annoyed, I then travelled nearly 30 minutes to the middlebrook branch who had posters advertising the deal (that the other branch didnt know about) and gave me the advertised 20% off. Looks like thats the branch for me in the future!

Went to buy some trainers as my old pair are falling off my feet, along with a few items of clothing. I picked a pair of Reebok trainers and walked to the lady employee, my exact words were, do you have anything like this in a size 7, the shoe has a low inverse arch around the ankle. She looked at me like I had just stepped off a UFO, looked on her PDA after scanning the shoe, and bluntly said no. And no other offer of, well we have this in a size 7, nothing worthy of one iota of polite redirection. I wasn't bothered on cost, just the low arch for my ankle. So I paid for my clothing and left, not a happy person.

Visited early as I was next door at Specsavers getting my new glasses at 10am, and it was lovely and quiet. Was able to have a good browse, picked up a couple of cheap bargains. Great staff pointed me in the right direction where to find things. One negative: The Sanitation station at bottom of escalator could do with a faster drying hand sanitizer as it makes holding the hand rail rather precarious!

It's a good shop, some good items for decent prices and there is always some sort of sale on. A couple of things let it down, and I have experienced this in 2 different stores, is that there doesn't seem to be enough staff. There was a queue of people and one member of staff was dealing with an exchange which took a while. I am very patient but I was waiting for a long time and almost gave up. Why didn't they just open another till? I work in retail so I understand it is not the staff's fault there are only 3 people avaliable and it's frustrating when there are lots of things to do. But I have always found waiting and paying at the tills take such a long time at sports direct. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant when you reach the checkout, but there is no interaction or "how are you, are you looking for anything in particular?" from the staff on the shop floor. I did get a smile from a lady on the first floor as I left which was nice.

I came to the bolton store at 4.12p.m and 2 staff member followed me around rudely saying they are shutting the shop and I need to leave. I have been to the store many times and policy is they shut the doors at 4.30p.m. I don’t appreciate being ushered out eventhough I did say am just looking for few minutes and I was aware of the closing times. So Rude and so unprofessional.

I shop at Sports Direct the only negative about the store is they never seem to have the product I want so I end up ordering online.

No stock. Out of 6 staff members I encountered 3 were rude and unhelpful. Ladies at the tills were nice and helpful tho.

Didnt have to wait long before going in. Felt a bit uncomfortable being told to move back from the till as i struggle to hear clearly. Due to limited numbers of customers in store, there was plenty of staff around to help. Service for trainers was the quickest we have ever had.

One member of staff very rude and unhelpful. Shame the rest were lovely. If you are going to ignore customers they will leave and spend their money elsewhere
