After
buying
a
faulty
pair
of
Nike
95
air
max
trainers
at
the
Victoria
square
branch
in
Bolton
I
returned
to
the
shop
some
6
weeks
later
as
this
is
how
long
it
took
for
the
fault
to
show
,to
be
told
they
didn't
warrant
a
refund
or
a
replacement
by
the
manager,
but
they
would
send
them
away
for
inspection
taking
7
to
10
days,
8
days
later
I
received
a
letter
stating
that
they
DID
have
a
manufacturer's
fault,
so
returned
to
the
shop
for
my
third
time
for
an
exchange
only
to
find
the
second
pair
had
the
same
fault,much
to
the
manager's
dismay
I
opted
for
a
refund
so
with
no
apology
or
compensation
for
the
massive
blister
the
shoes
caused
on
the
top
of
my
left
foot
,thus
being
only
able
to
were
a
slipper
for
4
days,I
left
to
purchase
from
another
shop,
on
my
way
back
to
my
car
I
had
to
walk
past
jd
only
to
notice
that
the
second
faulty
pair
had
been
put
back
on
the
shelf,so
beware
if
buying
air
max
95
size
7
from
this
store
you
will
certainly
need
to
keep
your
receipt
and
be
prepared
to
wait
for
inspection
as
the
manager
obviously
does
not
have
an
eye
for
spotting
faults,
as
when
spending
£130
on
a
pair
of
shoes
I
want
the
stitching
to
be
the
same
on
both
shoes,
something
the
manager
doesn't
think
this
sort
of
money
warrants,obnoxious
and
rude
staff
with
an
obvious
arrogance
for
the
way
I
was
dressed
due
to
coming
from
work,
