Great store and great experience. I got my son's feet measured there, 2 staff double checked his measurements and I got him a very comfortable set of school shoes. The store was well laid out, nice and clean. The 2 members of staff we dealt with were lovely, helpful and not at all pushy. They treated my son very well.

This review is regarding staff and not the shoes themselves. I've been three times now for my little ones shoes. I have found the staff great expecially Heather. She was so patient even when my little one decided he wouldn't try any shows on as they were all rubbish.

All the staff were incredibly helpful at this Clarks, very well kempt store, helped reassure us on the fit of our sons shoes. Alex is a credit to Clarks and the store and was particularly helpful and explained in depth ( which is what you need to hear sometimes as parents!) why he was fitting our son in a particular style/size and helped accommodate what our son needed in a shoe, going out of his way to suggest alternatives even if it meant coming back with his arms full of boxes! He also booked us in at the store within the time frame that he suggested based on how quickly our son grows in clothes so that we could make sure to have our son measured at the (hopefully!) best time! we would like to thank Tamika and Ayesha so much. they were so patient and offered us a very good advice, they took so many pairs of shoes to make sure they do fit comfortably into our sons feet , they were extremely helpful, smiling all the times and extremely nice. We and Clarks is so lucky to have them as a staff.

Lorcan was amazing as were the other staff! My son had a full blown tantrum and was being an absolute pain and yet Lorcan was so patient and friendly with him. Absolutely fantastic service from all 3 staff members who were around.

Absolutely great customer service from all the staff there. We were served by Aysha who was extremely friendly and helped us find the perfect pair of shoes. Definitely going to buy my next pair from there!!!

Young staff with No experience in Customer care/support/service...No life skills...very well presented 5☆for appearance....just not with IT...distant like other things on their mind...great choices for children

Got a first pair of shoes for my little one. Best place for first shoes. And even thou they didn't have any shoes my size the service was fantastic.

Ordered a pair of school shoes, went to collect them. Was asked if they were fitted when we bought them and I said no. The sales assistant just shoved the box of shoes in my hand and said 'well try them on there' and pointed to a seat. We were left to try on my daughters shoes with no fitting advice or checks. Thoroughly disappointed at the level of service. Wont be going to this branch again. Staff are very rude.

We took our daughter for her first pair of shoes and the young man who was taking care of us was brilliant. Very patient and very thorough. He also had a great personality. The young man was of Asian heritage. (not Asian as in Pakistani or Indian) The reason I mention race is because I wanted to be specific so he gets the Praise he deserves.

The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.

Fantastic service by Lorcan today. Unfortunately had to knock a star off because of the first worker who I spoke to not being very polite but Lorcan made up for it being quick and helping me choose a perfect pair.

One of the best shop's i've been into for a very long time, lovely staff very attentive & the shop was very well displayed & clean.

We needed particular assistance as regards wide fitting shoes to fit with bunions, and the assistant went to a lot of trouble to find the correct fitting shoes, and we left satisfied, the service was excellent.

Great staff in a very busy shop. Especially as it was the week before the children returned to school after summer. Measurements were taken well and with care. N then ........ No Shoes. Well, actually 2 pairs in the size required that looked like Miss Trunchbull shoes. And then no chance to order them in time for school. Surely this is the best time to have your stock sky high? We has to go elsewhere using Clarks measurements .

The appointment system works well and there are more than enough staff to ensure these don't run over to ensure little ones aren't getting restless waiting. Good safety procedures in place. Lots of choice of shoes in store to take away the same day.

Went there on Saturday 5th November, the guy that served me was super nice, he was funny, and lovable, he was an Asian dude and if he sees this I want him to know, your amazing also love the shoes

The staff were arguing so loudly in the back around 11am today, I know another customer hear this too because she asked me when young man was gone. Kids heard language that wasnt appropiate, the young man was pleasent and apologised and shut door. could still hear the arguing and the man said sorry but it wasnt him. be careful your kids might hear bad language, helpful young boy did give good shoes along with a nice young lady near the checkout area

Lorcan was fast and friendly with what his service meaning we were in and out with a good pair of shoes for my kids in no time . But he did talk to them about starwars so he definitely made a positive impact on them

My experience was very awful,very discriminative and I pray no one should experience by what I faced at the Bolton Clarks store. The service manage ability to treat people the way she think she could, was incredibly awful. Especially spraying disinfectant at people were there are kids involve was concern and with no remorse. I will never shop there again.
