Hamzah Sweet & Bakers is a halal restaurant in Bolton that specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including kebabs, shawarma, falafel, and baklava. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. One of the things that sets Hamzah Sweet & Bakers apart from other restaurants is its use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The kebabs are made with tender, juicy meat that is grilled to perfection. The service at Hamzah Sweet & Bakers is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are always happy to help you choose the perfect dish. They also offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, so everyone can find something to enjoy. Overall, Hamzah Sweet & Bakers is a great option for anyone looking for delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. The food is fresh, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bolton.

I went to buy a few things from them, very uncomfortable, unusual and unexpected atmosphere. The staff were very unfriendly, staring at me the whole time and not doing any work, one person was on the counter and 3 people sitting inside drinking, eating and just chatting, many other people started coming as well but only 1 more person came out to take orders, I waited 30-60 minutes to give my orders, the staff don't listen and pay attention to customers, their food is never fresh, I bought some things and everything seemed old and tasted odd when I bought and ate it at home. He always charges extra money for no reason, the total would be 10 pounds for example and they charge you 16 pounds. Wrong prices, disgusting and old food, never fresh and nice, even when you ask them if it is fresh, they just say yes even when it is 2 weeks old. I want a refund immediately and will never be shopping there again hopefully. They give dirty looks and give uncomfortable feeling. They charge extra for themselves and give rotten, horrible tasting food. I bought a cake and the frosting was hard as rock and tasted bitter. I would not recommend any of their food, all terrible!!

Really friendly and family oriented service. I recommend Peanut butter cake and toffee scoop. Samosa chaat is the best. Their curries are good and portions are enough for two people. Kids love their ice cream and street shakes. Parking is available in side streets or in bays on Derby st.

Disgusting customer service. Asked for update on delivery and whoever spoke on phone spoke rudely saying the delivery driver needs to do his household shopping on the way and not my fault the driver is late. What an absolute disgrace! Sort your attitude out!

Real desi tea and nice sweets. Not sure if the sweets are made in-house. They were served cold but should be room temperature.

Bought the parathas from here. The potato one was fine but the mince one had grinder bones and fat in it…also the filling fell out of the paratha once you started eating it. Not great especially if you’re paying £3.50 for one.

Tried the Barfi, Gajar Halwa and Falooda - well made and tasty. Only thing I would recommend with regards to the Falooda, would be to use traditional matka kulfi instead of ice cream but other than that no complaints! Service is good. Will try again when next visiting Bolton

Worst experience and more importantly manager of the store doesn't bother to address my issue and neither connects me to the owner as well. Food quality so poor and sweet like swimming in oil and taste stale.
