That's like a scary movie for me, (A hard work) I was working 6(SIX) hours for a day without any break, The means of a bad and expensive prices and also socks of quality in a coffee shop, That's not from a coffee man or a staff, That's the deplorable strategy of a huge company, But finally, I'm really sorry than everyone for bad quality of drinks, but i was really alone in there.

I don't know why it is rated so bad. The food is very good given you are getting it at a train station and the service is super fast. Only problem is, it's very crowded and there is lack of seats. We had really great coffee and focaccia

If I could just rewind time and not eat what I just ate I would. This is the worst pizza I have eaten in my life, and I come from America, where pizza is abundant so believe me. Even if this is a train station shop, have some standards for the love of God almighty. Staff was ok but I saw a lady pointing at a pastry, she paid for it, and she was given a focaccia instead. When she told them that she wanted the sad pastry the she pointed at, she was told by the register dude that it was not his mistake and too bad 🤷🏻‍♂️ like what! She had to argue with the guy who finally gave her the pastry. Do yourself a favor and stay hungry instead of disappointing yourself.

I had a really good coffee here. I think people are too hard on a cafe who experiences such high volume of customers.

Coffee and a panino while you wait for the train. And a place to sit. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Wow! Finally a real place to get food at the Bolzano station! It's tasty and edible.

The prices were ok but the Service was poor. The shop assistant gave us two cornettos instead of three... We wanted to warm up kids with a hot chocolate, but the place had run out of chocolate powder... They also did not have a still water, or so they told me.. they gave us one paper plate for three cornettos... There was no other cafe to go to, so we stayed. Next time we will definitely avoid this unpleasant experience.

Food is so delicious. The margarita pizza was excellent and everything else looked delicious too. I cant believe there is such good food at a train station. The employees are also really helpful. Can be a bit chaotic but the food is so worth it.

Nice place with good coffee with variety of pastries and croissants.

This is a huge improvement in the station options. Pleasantly surprised with a good cappucino and tasty pastry. I used to dread waiting fir a train here. Now, not so dismal.

awful sandwich

Convenient place to grab a bite to eat or an espresso if you’re using the train station! There are self-service machines which take card and there seem to be plenty of places to sit too, although it was quite busy!

Food and coffe were good. Except they forgot we ordered two coffees. And then the forgot about our sandwich. So things took a while. They told one guy next to us to get going while he was just sitting there being a normal human being on his phone. Weird. Then as my girlfriend was finishing her coffee we were shuffled out of there in an almost passive aggressive manner.

The only reason this manages a full star is I cannot rate it any lower. This is the worst cafe experience I've ever had. Firstly, after a large queue we were told none of their advertised drinks were available. Not a problem as we ordered 1 large cappucino and 1 caffe latte, receipt showed 2 large cappucinos, which was still not much of a problem. 20 minutes after this order we discovered there was a second queue to have your drinks made. 30 minutes later our drinks arrived as 2 small frothed milks with no coffee. €9.60 wasted and a train almost missed. Avoid at all costs.
