I was a harmony client and I had good expectations....but some time later I decided to give my husband a massage.....apart from the appointment two weeks before and everything was going well on the day of the massage because I was very sad with my husband already. He is a foreigner.....he was very excited and it turns out that there was no water and they couldn't do part of the chocotherapy massage...it was noticeable that there was a lot of lack of communication among the staff....they didn't know In the system, I had a scheduled massage... I asked for a waxing and there was no one to do it and a woman yelled at me because I couldn't go to the massage room where my husband was... and well, it disappoints me. That such a beautiful company has these problems and even more so if it makes itself known on Facebook as one of the best and in the end I left angry... with my husband that they only did half of what they promised and they bought the Total value .....thank God all the companies I hired on the day did a good job except harmony

The worst experience I had with my face, I went for the beginning of acne and my face ended up full of many giant pimples of those that hurt and when we supposedly finished the treatment that lasted 3 months I ended up with my face full of marks and holes, my face ended horrible, they damaged my face and my self-esteem. Now I found another very good place here in Santa Marta where they have helped me with my acne and have reduced the marks that left me in harmony and therefore I have spent a lot of money to fix the damage they did to me. 😵‍💫

A few years ago I had laser hair removal, which didn't work. During the time that the sessions lasted (approximately 10 months), 3 different people treated me and used two completely different machines, both in model and in the execution of steps. As for attention, it depended on who you talked to, some girls were very attentive, others not so much.
