Horrible and pathetic hotel.. Me and my husband are traveling from Delhi to Imphal by bike... As it is long journey for us, so decided to take a hault in bongaigaon... Some how we got this hotel... When they saw my aadhar card.. they asked me why is not there my husband's name in my aadhar card it seems... Then i said recently we got married so we haven't register yet. Why married women can't have father's name in any I.D..??? Then i showed our wedding pictures. And they gave 2 single seperate beds... 🤷

I request all of you please don't go to this hotel if you don't want to feel awkward..... I have much experience about this hotel.. Positive things of this hotel- 1. Just one thing is it's in a Good location Negative things of this hotel- 1. Rooms are very darty, can't enter inside without shoe. 2. Every staff members behabe like they are provide these free 3. Foods are very poor quality, you can't able to take, they just fulfill their duty. 4.Toilet's very darty and the washing tap not working. 5. They never change bad& pillow cover 6. Maximum tyme they cut off the current. 7. They behave religious wise 8. In a room they provide 2 bulbs and one fan, one bulbs and the fan not working 9. Very noise place 10. If you going to be complain about these to owner, then the owner will say that getout from my hotel, They are just disgusting,.... Please brother and sister please don't go this hotel please..

Was looking for a place to stay, walked into this hotel - saw the rooms and ran away as fast as I could. Very tacky design, highly run down and downright scary. Would not recommend to you, especially of you are traveling as a couple. For single guys, might be ok, but not for family and ladies.

Good for budget stay ......location is excellent.

A fooding & lodging enclave. Located just in the heart of the town. A peaceful ambience prevails here as the entire arrangement is situated at the first floor - up above the shopping complex. Foods are nice, but costly enough in relation to the currently maintained standard. Behavioural pattern displayed by the staff may well be termed as 'trained'. Worth a try.

I just don't want to give one star also.I have experienced a very dirty room. The bathroom is more dirty than anything. I even couldn't use that.Such a bad day was for me because of this hotel. Please think many times before you book rooms in this hotel.

It was a very good experience. The room was super clean and the bathroom was great. They had a separate restaurant and cafe. Overall a great hotel to stay at New Bongaigaon. Sorry for not taking any pictures I was so busy that I forgot

If you are looking for a hotel in which you can get everything then this hotel is for you and also the market just below the hotel is very good if you have family with you .here on the outside you will get fastfood, auto ,small tea stall and many more. so I can say it's A decent and Staff Friendly hotel meant for family dining, very clean and hygiene maintained. * Serves all types of dishes including tandoori rotis and different variety of South Indian Dosas.

Had the worst Chicken butter masala and Naan here. The food was tasteless and the manager didn't even bother about our complaints.
