They made my day by replacing my drink another Starbucks messed up completely! I had ordered a trenta pink drink at collier blvd and immokalee rd and instead of a pink drink it honestly looked like a white drink, watered down, seem to have almost no refresher. Honestly such amazing staff and kindest gesture. Thank you! Look at the difference.

Inside seating is still closed... Four outside tables are available... Still taking covid-19 precautions seriously... Order ahead via their app so your order is ready when you get there and no waiting in line... App is convenient and easy to use...

This review is mostly on my experience. I had order my drink and food through the drive through and parked to enjoy it. As I went to take a sip, coffee had spilled onto my clothes and on my seat and floor. Turns out there was a large crack on the side. I went inside to get my drink remade. The cashier understood and brought it to the barista. The barista seemed to be pretty annoyed with this and seemed to have an attitude about it but still remade it for me. I was a bit disappointed as my clothes and car were soiled. If only she took into consideration what had happened.

Every single time I’ve gone there my coffee either tastes horrible or they messed up and did something wrong, there are also understaffed and I will not be going to this location again.

Decent location but very slow. Employees looked unhappy and served guests in a mechanical and souless manner. Coffee was on par.

Kasey! I came into Starbucks and let her know I have officially broken up with Dunkin and I need a sweet iced coffee drink! Kasey went above and beyond (With great customer service may I add) to make me a drink I would like. She listened to what I wanted and hit the nail on the head the first time. Sweet human! Starbucks gained a new regular thanks to Kasey!

The location off 75 i. Bonita Springs waters their mixture too much. My strawberry acai refresher with light water added still taste like water

We have stopped at this location 3 times in the past 2 months. All 3 times they were out of peppermint so they couldn’t produce Starbucks most popular seasonal mocha. Additionally, this past stop on 12/29/22, the store was a mess with overflowing trash, boxes of supplies sitting at the back of the store and a cashier who didn’t even know what the Starbucks own term “no room” (no creme so fill cup to the top) meant! Offered this same feedback to Starbucks Corporate with no response.

Wendy at the ordering window tried to tell me that was ok a matcha tea latte lemonade, I asked twice after paying if that was a matcha tea lemonade and she insisted is ok. I asked her "Does this tea has milk in it?" She said yes, all matcha lattes come with milk in it. Really??? She couldn't get it, didn't apologize or anything for trying to sell to me a weird made up by Wendy's menu beverage. Sorry but this lady has no clue and customer service included.

Wanted a blonde roast coffee, but was talked out of it because it was going to take too long to do a pour over. At first, they acted as if they weren't brewing it at all or were out. I mentioned a pour over and said I was going to have to wait a while. Simply, lazy people working the drive-through. Got an Americano instead just so I didn't have to put the weight on their shoulders.. smh should've just gone to Dunkin.

S couple items were forgotten. I should have checked before I left. I did not realize I forgot 1 (almost 2) of our pastries until I was too far away. My daughter was too tired to make the additional stop on the same day so we went home. When I went back for my coffee the next am-an employee could have made it difficult for me since it was my fault for a couple of reasons. I almost let it be and didn’t say anything because I really was at fault. The employee not only sympathized but she apologized then and before I drove away. She was not even there the day before and if she was, she worked the opposite of dining in or drive through. I reiterated it was not her fault but my own. I always receive really kind/great service from this Starbucks.

We love this store and LOVE all of the Starbucks Holiday drinks. The sugar cookie almond milk is sooo good!!! I love it with Almond milk, but also love having it made with Oat milk too!! My newest FAVORITE is the Brown Sugar Oat Milk shaken espresso! Yum!!! ❤️☕️

There were some 20 people waiting on their drinks in line during a cold day in Florida and these ladies were hustling and bustling to make sure everybody got their drinks in a timely manner. This is making the best out of a bad situation! Clearly short staffed, but still working hard!

As a Corporate Chain, I think they continue to struggle to get back where they were before Schultz retired and the Pandemic hit. Hopefully now that the Company Founder is back they can get back to a place I really enjoyed going to each day?

Clean, updated space with a roomy and open floor plan. Nice outdoor seating area too. Plenty of staff, and the staff is friendly and appears to know what they’re doing. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area and I will be returning in the future!

Cafe mocha was fabulous, but I didn't get my coffee cake 😭. Long ride back to Pompano Beach without it.

Great Staff meet everyone @Friends & Family Event. Tons of parking & several handicapped parking spots. Drive thru service also. Great location,Just off I-75 & Bonita Beach rd.

I went yesterday for a energy boost. I don't normally drink coffee the place was packed! The staff was all busy working but on kid just stood out. I was a bartender and restaurant manager for 25 years, this kid was amazing! He was so efficient and his mechanics were incredible! He did the job of 3 people. It was great to see someone so young work with such great speed and a good attitude. I asked someone what his name was because I was so empressed with him I stayed to drink my coffee just to pay attention. The. Young man's name was Riley. I hope Starbucks and his managers know what an asset they have in him.
