Prime rib, not best quality, was under cooked and so tough that I couldn't cut it. Our waiter was trying to be very accommodating. The mashed potatoes were the highlight of the meal. $25 wasted. 🤮

Really tasty food, good atmosphere, good portion sizes. The cheesy fries at had as a starter was enough for 3 of us!

Linda is the absolute best! We always ask for Linda‘s section when we come to Outback for dinner. We actually come back to outback Bonita Springs because of Linda :) 🙏

First visit to this establishment. Awesome service. Sat at the bar for veterans day. Bloomin onion was delicious. Bone in Ribeye was rare. Asked for medium. Brought it home to grill it myself. Had a Tito's and lemonade, that was very good. Perfect tart with the Tito's. We'll return. Maybe try something different than steak.

I tried so hard not to write a bad review. But unfortunately this is now the 3rd time we came to this one and once again it has failed us. We waited for our appetizer and they brought our food instead first. We sent the food back as we wanted the onion for app. Finally the app had come out. It seems they forgot about it. Then exactly right after the food came out and it was the same food that had been sitting that was now cold. Funny part, the manager said it won’t sit under a food lamp. We will make it fresh again for you. And offered a free dessert. At this point I was really mad and just wanted to leave but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now the food comes out again. Only thing made fresh was the baked potato. The steak was nook warm. The lobster was cold and the Mac and cheese was freezing. Again. I normally don’t like to write negative reviews. But 3rd time. Come on. Good luck to whoever goes here. It wasn’t just us. That night 5 tables in a row, Same thing happened as well and one table they removing a guys drink and other stuff at the table who just went to the bathroom to come back to nothing thinking he left. Place is a joke. They need new staff. Good luck to you guys.

The filet mignon was pretty tough and the lobster tail had bits of shell all over it. I didn't finish either for the first time in my 66 years. I gave it a three star rating because the service was good, along with the baked potato and shrimp.

Had a relaxing dinner after a long day. The server was very helpful picking out a nice meal for the whole family including a picky child. Had the sirloin and shrimp with an extra add-on of mushrooms which was large enough for the whole family to share.

Ordered the " walk about Wednesday ". I have had it in the past but tonight could not chew it. Gristle through out. It's a bargain but I should be able to eat it. Agreed?

I read these reviews and I am shocked that there are so many positive reviews. I work next door to this place, the food and service is terrible. Maybe I should clarify that my visits are all for lunch. The service is terrible for dining in so I usually order to go; however, the food is ALWAYS subpar when ordering to go. I do mean ALWAYS. Most recent visit our order include 2 Outback burgers one medium and one medium well. T hey were both well done. There were approximately 7 fries included with each meal and ...One burger had Lettuce Tomato, pickles, mustard and onions, one had nothing but cheese. $13.00 for a burger! Burger King would have been better. Yes, I did take one back and the replacement was then undercooked. I am done with Outback in Bonita Springs.

Ordered steak And shrimp and chicken pasta No chicken with pasta. The pasta was dry The side with steak were awful. The sweet potato was falling apart. The coconut shrimp was all batter. The steak maybe I could cut 6 pieces I used to work at outback so I love outback but please do better!

WOW! My boyfriend and I went to Outback for dinner and ended up sitting at the bar. We were greeted right when we got there and were served quickly and efficiently. The bartender Hannah was very helpful and talked to us the whole night. She cracked jokes to everyone around and made sure everyone was having a good experience. We had such a lovely time and will ask for this nice young lady next time we go!

We are regular visitors to Outback in Bonita Springs. The atmosphere is nice, the food good, and staff helpful. Linda is a great server. She remembers drinks and food orders, caters to my elderly parents, and greets us warmly. Would recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food and service . I had a fabulous hamburger and my husband had a blackened steak.

We decided to stop in to grab a couple of drinks and have a late lunch at the bar. We were immediately greeted by a very personable and professional bartender named Genesis (cool name, right?). I was looking for something that they no longer had on the Outback menu, but Genesis quickly recommended a "work around" using a burger, mushrooms, and peppercorn gravy - it was awesome. I highly recommend this location and taking a seat at the bar:)

Do NOT order from here for delivery! They will send the order with food they would not serve you at the restaurant. Ordered online for delivery through a paid delivery service because I didn’t have a car. No complaints about the delivery but when food arrived, shrimp was burned. When called the restaurant to complain they offered to replace the shrimp but said I had to pick up. When I said I didn’t have a car they said to call the delivery service. When I said I didn’t want to pay again for delivery the response was that the food manager cooked it and she packaged it up and it looked fine to her. Too frustrated to continue conversation. (They also sent 12 small fries for the burger side.)

Where do I even start. The other night my family and I entered this establishment thinking we would merely snack on a bloomin onion and be on our way. We were pleasantly surprised when Hannah emerged , taking her time, making us feel like part of the Outback family. We ate a delightful meal with the fabulous recommendations provided by Hannah and left elated. I hope you all get to meet Hannah, she really is the best. 10/10 for Hannah G

We sat at the bar and Hannah gave us great service. She is always a friendly face and gives us great service and good recommendations on what to eat.

This past Friday I was at your outback and our server Linda, with 7 of us, was extremely attentive about our needs, the order was perfect, food was great and our drinks were always refilled. She was busy but she was never overwhelmed. . When we come back I'll make sure I'll ask for Linda again. She's definitely a 5 star server

The worst outback I have ever visited. They sell steak with a hole in it. If I want a donut I go to Dunkin

Went for dinner around 6:30 and was seated right away and the waitress came within a minute to take our drink order. There were 4 in our party and we all ordered steaks with different sides and all the steaks were cooked the way we ordered them they were delicious also the waitress was attentive to our needs and keeping our drinks full. All of us had a very enjoyable dinner.

Just this past Friday night my family of 5 had dinner at your store. I'm writing you to let you know that our server Linda was extremely attentive, was always on point for what we needed(almost like reading our minds) Crazy as that sounds..Linda was a extremely great server!! If we come back into the area at your store we will be looking for her again!

Sorry this is late because we went to this Outback a few weeks ago but then had to go out of town - but I had to send this because we had such a fabulous evening. I am referring to the Outback in Bonita Springs,Florida. We went out for dinner and were sooo happy. The food was delicious and the service was terrific thanks to our server Yanita. We want to send the manager, the chef and the server out compliments.

This is the best visit to an Outback Steakhouse we've ever had. Our server, Genesis, was warm, welcoming, and took the time to happily answer all of our questions. We were quickly taken care of and felt like valued customers. We will be back, without a doubt. Thanks Genesis!

First off the AC WAS NOT WORKING. What manager of a restaurant in Florida would not have working AC?! The prime rib I had I sent back as it still had whip marks from where the jockey was hitting it. It was better suited for a pair of boots. A sad state of affairs this once fine establishment has degenerated into. Pick a better location.

Outback steakhouse is normally great every time. We visited the restaurant at 27230 Bay Landing Drive in Bonita Springs, Florida and it was the worst experience we have had in a Outback Steakhouse. We ordered Victoria's Fillet Mignon. The steaks texture and taste seemed like a cheaper cut. It was the service, though, that set this restaurant apart from the others. After we placed our order, our waitress didn't come back to our table until my wife went to the hostess and asked for the bill. Another patron went back to the kitchen while we were there, looking for his waitress. Maybe it was only one night. I'm not sure what the manager was doing, but the staff appeared to be taking advantage. We were in town for the week on vacation. We ate at Carrabas next door three separate times that week... we will not ever go back to the Bonita Springs Outback and I would suggest that you not visit them either.

The restaurant is so bright - clean, beautiful lighting and the acoustics are perfect. The hostess & waitstaff were very attentive and very nice. Even more impressive was the manager, Patrick, he checked on our table throughout our meal and was extremely nice!

Despite them being short of staff, I only had a 5-minute wait. There were quite a few empty tables. I ordered steak and my wife ordered salmon. We both got side salads that were outstanding! My steak and baked potato were perfect. My wife was not crazy about the sauce on her salmon.

Had dinner here with my family and enjoyed a very pleasurable experience. My food came out quickly, correct and delicious. My waitress Michelle was very attentive and brought me refills and extra sauces without having to be asked. If you come here definitely ask for her. I will definitely dine here again.

If I can leave no star I would’ve. Very disappointed just moved to Bonita wanted to check this location out. We got seated but waited 20 minutes no one offered drinks or anything. Another gal asked the hostess about her food because no one was attending her. At the end we left not even a “sorry I know we’re light staffed”or something even a “we will be right with you guys”!

I ordered the Nashville hot wings. Good value for the price. They were spiced nicely, comes with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. I really liked the blue cheese dressing.

Our server kara was awesome. She did everything she could to take care of us however the kitchen dropped the ball and maybe our food because they took forever... we waited so long Kara compt our drinks. Then, another server began putting chairs on tables about 3 minutes after we received our food. The manager came out and spoke to the server, she took the chairs down.and then proceeded to argue with another server about cleaning the floor. Dinner and a bad show. Thankfully Kara saved the night with her exceptional service and professionalism.

Great menu. Lots of choices. Average prices. The Big Bloke beer 🍺 is a bargain. Had the sirloin and coconut shrimp combo. I like my steak rarer than rare and it was cooked to perfection! Service was good. A nice go to restaurant when you’re hungry for a steak and too tired to cook at home.

This was my first visit to an Outback ever. The food was excellent and our service was okay. I felt like my server was barely around. I had other servers taking care of me and asking me if I needed anything.But overall it was a decent experience just wish my server was more attentive.
