I really enjoyed the food and drinks here! Frozen Mango Margarita: Yum! Nice thick texture and they don’t skimp on the alcohol 😉 Complimentary salsa and chips: the chips are really good and I like that they bring pico de gallo, salsa, and crema together. Texas dip: Wow this was delicious! Layers of seasoned beef, beans, and cheese. I dipped my tacos in here and had a total food ‘gasm!!! Carnitas plate: I had this with flour tortillas and really enjoyed it! I wish the beans were more refried style but I just mashed them with a fork so it wasn’t a big deal. The meat was flavorful and the ingredients were fresh (I’m obsessed with cilantro- so glad it was part of the dish!) Fried Ice Cream: this was a bummer. It’s not actually fried ice cream (it can be done- I’ve seen it at NYC street fairs). This is just an ice cream scoop covered in stale cornflakes. Definitely disappointing. The ice cream itself was tasty so it wasn’t a total loss. Service: Our waitress was nice and attentive. I was dissatisfied with one aspect: upon arrival we were not greeted even though there was someone at the front area. We were standing up front for a few minutes with an employee who didn’t acknowledge us. Yes she was busy entering something in an iPad but a simple look up and a “Hi, someone will be with you in a moment” would go a long way in making patrons feel welcome. Ambiance: Fun decor

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in SW Florida. Loved my sangria swirl and shredded beef burrito. Chips and salsa for all tastes. Keep coming back on each trip to Florida.

Another visit and another excellent meal with good service. Margaritas are yummy. On this visit, the server brought us an assortment of six sauces. One was a guacamole type sauce that went really well on the chips they bring.

Food and service was amazing! Our server was Margarita and she was phenomenal. The guacamole is the best we have ever had. We ordered the taco dinner (one pork, one beef, and one chicken) and we ordered the Asada tacos with blackened steak. We really enjoyed the flavors of the food and the atmosphere inside. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely a favorite while visiting the area! Highly recommend. The lemonade was also very yummy.

First time trying this place. Never heard of it before moving down to soflo. The servers we had were very nice! They knew the menu well and helped us change out some items due to dietary necessities! Super fun time. Drinks filled and food came out nice and hot. Would go again with friends. Weather was perfect and they do have heaters outside if it gets below the 60s in FL. Which we needed them lol

I enjoy this place. Good food. Generous. I love the fresh chips and variety of dips they put on every table. Usually crowded. No reservations or waitlist. Noise level can be a bit high. The drink specials ( margarita/sangria combo yum yum ) great deal. My personal experience is that the food at the Bonita location was better than the Fort Myers store. It was my son's Birthday, before Covid you used to get a free meal on your birthday but now because of that they stopped it. We could have gone anywhere. I had 2 nice size Margaritas and I believe that my drinks must have been a Shirley Temples or the booze must have been real cheap. I should have felt something after two drinks (before I ate). My food was tasteless, The only thing good about this, was my son had a good time? I probably won't be back again until next August for my son's Birthday.

One of the best guacamole, chips and pico de gallo I had, the steak and chicken fajita can use a better seasoning but it's not bad. The portion doesn't really match the price, for $30 you get small mix of chicken and steak shouldn't be more than $20 anywhere else but if can put the price tag aside it is a very recommended spot for nice lunch or dinner.

This use to be a great restaurant but I hadn't been there in years. Got the sour cream chicken and my friend got the pork, both were super dry and not appetizing after a few bites. Chips were bland, salsas didn't seem freshly made. Atmosphere hasn't changed since they opened and when you look up at the black ceiling you can see layers and layers of dust and grime collected up there. I would not recommend going here.

Texas cheese dip was good. Monday $2 Margarita special was why I went there. This is a restaurant with a very small bar outside for food service drinks and serving customers while waiting for seating. Bartender had a great attitude, especially for as busy as she was! Didn’t get her name.

Everything abouty visit was good. This place is not trying to win any awards for reconstituted interpretations of Mexican cuisine for $500 tasting menus, they are trying to fill tour plate with good food at a fair price. I did a combo of enchiladas and tamales, all were solid, service was fast and everyone was friendly, and the Sangria Swirl is a surprisingly fantastic beverage. Great place to get filled up and have some bevies in a relaxed environment. Not as great of a place for your diet plans!

Went with my in-laws for a girls lunch and we loved it! Price was reasonable based on the incredibly generous portion size. Margaritas were good. Guacamole was fresh. The salsa was a treat to be able to mix and match. I had the chicken tamales which were huge and comparable to the homemade tamales my friend makes. Food that is almost as good as homemade is always a hit for me. Definitely a new favorite when visiting!

More like Tex-Mex-style Mexican food. Was good just different tasting. I was not much of a fan of the yellow rice. Good stop on vacation to try out. It's a popular place we tried the one in Bonita Springs. My husband liked their margarita swirls. 🍹 I had their chicken chimichanga and it was good, the chicken could have used more flavor.

Very good food. Service was friendly and efficient. The guac and salsa/pico were fresh and addicting. The margaritas were excellent! Enchiladas and tamales were delicious.

Nice Mexican restaurant in Bonita. They have a pretty well rounded Mexican menu. I had the fajitas and they were pretty tasty, the chicken was nice and moist and seasoned well. The staff were friendly and very attentive.

It has been a few years since we were in town. This was one of my favorite mexican restaurants. But this last time we were there the chicken in the enchiladas was very dry. It seemed like it was boiled shredded chicken. No flavor. The beef Tamale I had also was not as good as it used to be. Maybe a new cook or bad day. Will give them one more try in the future.
