Park Gymnastics center Recreation center

😐 The actually recreation center is old and dirty and the people working at the center are obnoxious and that’s being nice! But they have a fabulous playground with newer equipment and my son loves to play there! Also, one of his friends had her birthday party there last weekend outside near the cover... People often mention center,

The actually recreation center is old and dirty and the people working at the center are obnoxious and that’s being nice! But they have a fabulous playground with newer equipment and my son loves to play there! Also, one of his friends had her birthday party there last weekend outside near the covered picnic benches and it was a great party! They need restrooms for sure that’s one thing that’s definitely lacking!

Please paint pickleball lines on the unused tennis courts. Many communities now have outdoor courts for the public and it’s time Bonita Springs joins the fun! Please consider. It’s inexpensive to do.

The park is really nice and looks relatively new. I like that's it's partially shaded by the near by trees. There also are quite a few shaded picnic tables that are spaced a part. I would have rated this place higher but there are no restrooms. This could be problematic if you have children with small bladders.

If I was able to give the rec center 0 stars I would. Unortunately, 1 star is all I could give and 1 star is entirely too much. The facilities are old and antiquated, while the locker rooms are filthy. The staff working was rude and condescending. The rec center clearly neglects training its employees properly. Although I suppose the rec center isn’t responsible for teaching its employees common decency. Go to the YMCA or a local gym if you want to enjoy yourself. However if you’re looking to blow off some steam, I’m sure the front desk employee at the rec center would happily argue with you over nothing.

I am so pissedl off that I've lived in Benita for 22 years and whenever I want to go use the recreational pool that Is supposed to be for the community.... it's closed or its closing. it doesn't revolve around my hours yet I pay for it in my taxes doesn't seem to revolve around anyone's hours except for those that are home during the day which I find very unfair AND ON a Sunday when the pool should be open during the summer in Florida it's closed.. I don't appreciate this as a resident, a long time resident of bonita Springs. And the worst thing they could have done was make it salt water it's so salt water that it feels like you're stepping into jello they overdo it completely I'd rather the chlorine but that's just one person out of those in Bonita who has chosen to speak up.....I'm tired of this... id like a pool that I can go to it's paid for by my taxes when it's supposedly offered as a perk of living here.

The staff does a great job of keeping the exercise room clean. It is spotless! They don't have a huge variety of machines, but it is adequate. They have a good covid-19 policy of cleaning the machines before and after each use.

Clean, simple, not alot of equipment, but I like the fact you can use the gymnasium if noone is using it, for basketball, sprints, etc.

My daughter will be spending several days here over Christmas vacation from school, so that I can work. Set up the Christmas Vacation day-camp at the YMCA in Bonita Springs!! Very thankful for this program! Thanks to everyone at the Rec Center for helping with the program for the kids! Joanna Schiavone

It's great to have this so close by. Reasonable rates for non- members also with lots of activity to join. I am enjoying my membership.
