    I was so lucky to find Everlasting Fitness. Phil, the trainer and owner, has created a great affordable program to get fit. He takes his time with you and guides you through all the exercises he creates. Every workout is different and challenging. The gym is private and he cleans each machine after every use, which is so important during this time. I’ve never had a better workout. Phil gives you a week free to try his program. You will not regret it!

    I started working with Everlasting Fitness because I hadn’t been seeing the right results with the workouts I where doing myself. After taking a blind risk on a personal trainer, I am so glad I did (and not just for the physical results). I have really enjoyed working with Phil (my personal trainer) and find myself laughing through each workout, mostly due to my lack of understanding of the equipment. They make you feel welcomed and personalize each workout. If you are considering a trainer, I would say take the plunge and invest. Best investments I make both time and money through the week days. I always leave happier and feeling accomplished. :)

    I have belonged to a number of fitness facilities and really would recommend Everlasting Fitness. Phil is very experienced and really mixes up the routines so they are efficient and effective. The facility is spotless and it’s actually a pleasure to go to the gym. I would highly recommend joining.

    I started working with Phil Tomeo as my trainer about three years ago. I am a female, senior citizen and needed to address balance and strength issues primarily related to hip replacement surgery. Phil was recommended to me through my club and I started working with him twice a week for 30 minute sessions. I have been very pleased with his efforts and my results. Phil is young, enthusiastic, professional and experienced. He has developed a creative exercise plan that is focused on my current ability and goals. The facility is a very comfortable place to work out. It is well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. The staff pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. I always feel better when I walk out. I am very pleased with the progress I have made with Phil. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

    I highly recommend Phil as a trainer. I’ve been working out with him for a few years now, and it’s been great. He’s very knowledgeable about fitness, and can help with various areas, depending on what your goals are- whether it’s to strengthen, lose weight, recover after an injury, etc. I’ve worked out with many trainers over the years, and Phil is definitely one of the best!

    I have been working with Phil for more than two years. After my total knee replacement, Phil designed a routine that helped me recover. His knowledge of fitness and exercise is amazing!

    If you’re in the Naples/ Bonita Spring area and you’re looking for a fitness trainer than Philip Tomeo is your guy. He’ll help you achieve your fitness goals. He will also have an answer for anything you’re confused about as far as fitness and nutrition goes.

    This place changed mine and my husband's lives. We called Phil on a Tuesday and within a few days, he had us in the gym, working out and on track to better health. He is a great trainer, one who listens and crafts a custom workout that will be beneficial for your body type and your goals. My husband and I work out together and it has been nothing short of amazing to see our bodies transform the last few months. We are healthier, more energetic and actually look forward to our fitness sessions. Plus Phil is just a great guy with a nice personality. We can't recommend Phil and Everlasting Fitness enough!

    I have been training with Phil for 6 months. Prior to that I have never stepped into a gym. Phil is motivational and easy to work with. He has made training something to actually look forward to doing. Highly recommend.

    Phil is an excellent trainer and has developed and improved our physical capabilities. Following knee surgery, he helped regain movement, agility and strength and was more valuable than PT. His knowledge of muscle structure is evident in the types of exercises he prescribes. He is flexible with scheduling appointments. Barbara and Ira Levee

    Phil is personable and helpful. He designed an exercise program for my that was perfect for my age and fitness level. He was with me every step of the way to make sure I was doing each exercise correctly. He changed up the routine so it was never boring. I would recommend him highly. His gym is clean and wel-equipped.

    Lots of knowledge, great skills, nice atmosphere,clean gym. If you want to build healthy body, this is the spot. Phill’s workouts are on a different level.
