A vicious cycle. The lady from the emergency service then said on the phone that she probably had the wrong number and was trying to reach the assigned doctor. I should call again in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, no one answered the phone. After an hour, I couldn't reach anyone. About 1¾ hours later the lady from the emergency service called me independently and gave me the correct number. Thank you very much for that!! In the end I was referred to a very nice doctor who helped me competently and took his time with me quickly. But overall it didn't go well. The coordination and process took a very long time. All this while in severe pain. Actually 1 star but because of the callback and the competent doctor then 3 stars 🌟🌟🌟

Such a bad dentist! Turn off your cell phone once and then answer it and get brushed off immediately!! Despite the terrible pain and the medication no longer helping, he just says cool it down and take another tablet! Then don't sign up for the emergency service if you don't feel like helping, you quack >.<

I think this service needs to be explained in a little more detail. I was put off by the bad reviews at the weekend and immediately thought that these were bad dentists. But this is just about the hotline! They will then refer you to a dentist. And in my case it was great! But: if the hotline is busy - which often happens - the phone simply hangs up after 5 announcements. You don't stay on the line, as is usual with hotlines. This is annoying and you sometimes have to call 5 or 6 times. But then you get help.

I'm calling. Describe complaints. He gives me an appointment immediately - in about 2 hours in his practice. Extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. I'll be at the practice on time for my appointment. Examination -> X-ray -> Treatment. Didn't wait a second. Extremely nice and friendly. Absolutely competent. I am very grateful and totally thrilled.

Bridge on the bottom left a lot and I looked for the number of the emergency dental service and minutes later I had it Telephone number of the responsible emergency doctor, Dr. Tipper in BO.-Riemke. Beaten 5 in words FIVE hours I tried someone to reach...no one ever picked up, and no announcement either, nothing!
