The practice of Mr. Sven Hertzog, Is very nicely furnished and bright. The employees are very nice and friendly. While you sit in the waiting room (which is nicely decorated) and wait for your treatment, you can charge your cell phone and drink a coffee or water next to you. The tools from Dr. are up to date. Dr. Sven Hertzog is a very good dentist, just like the dentist (although I'm actually a scared patient), but Dr. Sven Hertzog could see my fear. He explained everything that was being done to me beforehand and was very focused on his work. And I will only go here in the future. If you are looking for a good dentist or urgently need one, I can only recommend him.

Horrible experience. They called me on the phone to yell at me and criticize me for not having gone to an appoinment. The lady at the reception is rude and does not know how to deal with customers. Not recommended at all. There are dentists as professionals as them without having to pay the most expensive fee of all Aachen.

They cancelled my appointment when I was on my Holiday and didn't even apologize when they first did it. As much as service providers expect costumers to honor the appointment, customers expect the same. Unless they don't understand the importance of respecting agreements in Business. But if it's the case, they are really unprofessional!

In short: top clinic. During appointments, important information is explained clearly and patiently (German is not my native language), and possible options are offered before treatment with an explanation of the pros and cons. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and politeness of the staff, the help in communicating with the health insurance companies and the communication via SMS/WhatsApp/e-mail. And there has recently been a bicycle parking space right in front of the clinic.

A great dentist and a super friendly team. He is very competent, explains everything in a way that even a layperson can understand and takes enough time to give advice. Practice is technically at a top level
