Ich war zu 💯🔥% begeistert von dem schnellen, kompetenten, und höchst freundlichen Service der Kellerinnen und des Barkeeper. Ich wurde zu keinen Moment vergessen, mir konnten alle Gastwünsche erfüllt werden. Bis zu drei Mal am selben Abend wurde ich nach meinem Wohlergehen gefragt. Das finde ich TOP!!!! Die Zubereitung der Speisen erfolgte sehr schnell. Da war ich sehr erstaunt darüber, da dies in anderen Filiale nicht der Fall ist. Das Ambiente ist stets vergleichbar mit Hans im Glück, aber hier in Poppelsdorf hatten Sie einen tollen Deep Electro House Geschmack. Also aus diesem Grund habe ich auch mich in Form von Trinkgeld bei meinen Kellnerinnen bedankt. Ich würde sagen, der beste Hans im Glück den ich bislang getestet habe. Ein Besuch in Bonn: Ist Hans im Glück Poppelsdorf ein Besuch alle Mal wert.

Buns on the burgers were mouldy. When they 'remade' them, the bottom bun of the burger was still mouldy. Very disappointed.

We arrived late on Saturday afternoon, so trying to make a reservation was tough. Luckily, Hans im Glück didn't require one. Waiter was friendly and conversant in English, and they had an English menu. Pretty much a "burger place" but really well done burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, etc. Good fries and multiple dipping sauces as well. We ran up the bill with a bottle of wine, so our bill of ~$65 was a bit high, but acceptable. Burgers and portions are large. We took fries an half a sandwich home. We would come back!

Sehr schöner Hans im Glück! Besonders gut hat mir das Ambiente gefallen und der Burger war sehr lecker 😋 1 Stern Abzug da es dort ziemlich teuer ist und alles extra kostet und die Kosten versteckt sind und es keine Menü Preise gibt. Sprich nicht transparent und teuer. Werde aber bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen da ich das essen gut finde und den Service schätze. Deshalb 4/5 Sternen 🌟

Ich war Wochentags gegen 16 Uhr im Laden, um Mehrweggeschirr von Hans im Glück zurückzugeben. Nur war das zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht möglich, da die Serviceleitung nicht da war. Musste später nochmals zurückkommen, und habe irgendeine Art von Entschuldigung von der Leitung erwartet, nur kam da nichts. Die anderen Bediengungen waren sehr nett. Wenn man so einen Service anbietet, muss man auch gewährleisten, dass er geleistet werden kann.

Zum zweiten mal dagewesen und auch dieses mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Schneller und sehr freundlicher Service. Den Burger Birkenwald und Käse mit Speck kann ich sehr empfehlen. Pommes und Saucen sind wirklich lecker. Die heißen und kalten Getränke wie Kakao/Cappuccino/Eistee/stille Limonade sind geschmacklich sehr gut. Verdiente 5 Sterne ☆☆☆☆☆ wirklich alles Positiv 😊👍🏻

It's a chain, yet the reasons for its success were clear when we ate here. The burgers are really high quality. Fries crispy golden brown. Four different sauces on the table, and dozens more to order for dipping. It's a very high end burger. I would go back. I had the Truffelschwein and my date had the Geissbock. Both were good but the Geissbock had a bit too much fig sauce fo my taste. But I recommend it. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

Good atmosphere and delicious sauces for your fries or burgers. If you make it early enough, ask for the backyard seating! Unfortunately, the card terminal reception there wasn't the best so I had to pay by cash 🙃

Great variaty of food, delicious burgers in reasonable price. Friendly and fast service, very-very clean glasses and plates. Tidy restrooms. We can only recommend this nice restaurant that is super close to the botanic garden.

Die Ambiente war sehr angenehm und die Inneneinrichtung sehr schön. Das Essen war ganz gut. Die Soßen sind ziemlich lobenswert, der Service leider nicht so: Trotz, dass es ziemlich ruhig war, mussten wir sehr lange warten, damit unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wird, bis das Essen kam und auch bis wir bezahlen konnten. Zudem war die Pommes auch etwas kalt und hart.

Really nice burgers. French fries are delicious and coleslaw salad is a great choice. We visited the botanical gardens in the morning and came here to have the Mittag Menü.

Food is always decent. Good value for the pricetag. Service is fantastic and the interior is really sth special. Kids love to come here, so do we .

Order gets canceled 45 minutes after arrival was due. Crew takes no responsibility for the partners they work together with to ensure delivery. Their only suggestion: order again through the same media.

One of the best burgers I've eaten in my life, everything is insane from start to finish, the fries are perfect and they come with great sauce, I've tried the thirst quenchers and I highly recommend them; you can't be disappointed. Just go there

Really like atmosphere here, trees inside the restaurant. Burgers are excellent, big and creative and filling. Get the sweet potato fries and eat them with orange sauce, my recommendation. Vegetarian options are quite good! Indoor and outdoor seating. Located near bus line.

Lovely burgers on a not too much overcrowded location in Bonn. Go here rather than the one on Friedensplatz. Relax and enjoy the nice burgers!

Hans IM Gluck is a restaurant chain famous for its burgers and potato fries. The burgers are very tasty. One should also try their different sauces which are kept on every table. The ambience is great and service is fast. I would recommend making a reservation before going there. The place is crowded on weekends.

Nice atmosphere and decor, large choice of burgers and excellent sweet potato chips and "thirst quenchers". Only disappointed by the overcooked beef burger patty.

It took a while until we were seated even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food was delicious. You can’t go wrong with the food here. It is just so good. We ordered the dinner menu and after having the burger I thought that the cocktail was maybe too much food for me hahaha.

We enjoyed heavenly good food and fast service for a very fair price. I highly recommend a visit when you are in the neighborhood or after a visit to the botanical garden.

The price is too high for the quality you get. The burger bun is dry and migh be even few days old. Patty did not taste much. Very disappointed. I would not recommend it. Paid a lot of money to end up being hungry.

Hans im Glück is always a nice option if you want to have a nice evening with friends and nice burgers. Their evening menü lets you have a burger, fries and a cocktail for under 20€, and the portion size is way enough to keep you full. It's also nice that they offer seasonal dishes, so you can always have a different experience. During summer, I can really recommend the watermelon burger.

5 years ago, when it opened, I rated it 3/5. Now, after three more visits over the following years, and experiencing increasing levels of service and 'as new' cleanliness I'm upgrading to 5/5. This might not be my favorite food, but with a group of 4-6 people, it's perfect, especially if you get the inside-outside table on a warm evening.
