Das fängt beim wichtigsten Punkt einer Kneipe an - den Leuten hinter dem Tresen! Geenie, die Betreiberin, sowie Gregor und Enne sind noch Barkeeper, mit denen gute Gespräche möglich sind. Dabei haben sie den Laden jederzeit im Griff und ein Auge dafür, wer was braucht. (2.) Die Getränkeauswahl bei den Spirituosen ist klasse, da bei Whiskey, Rum und Gin nicht der übliche 08/15 Müll angeboten wird, sondern nur von Geenie und Gregor ausgewählte Sorten, die auch geschmacklich was zu bieten haben und kein Standard sind. Hier kommen Kenner auf ihre Kosten. Die angebotenen Longdrinks sind zum großen Teil leckere Eigenkreationen und einfach klasse. Der selbstgemachte Mexi dürfte der beste in ganz Bonn sein. (3.) Das Bier vom Faß ist lecker und man sieht das hinter dem Tresen alles hygienisch gehalten wird. Die Faßschläuche werden mehrmals monatlich gereinigt. Das merkt man positiv am frischen Biergeschmack. Abgerundet wird das Angebot insgesamt von kleinen Barsnacks, wobei hier der selbstgemachte Kartoffelsalat gesonderte Erwähnung verdient. (4.) Das Interieur der Kneipe ist seit mehreren Jahren unverändert, was eim schönes, uriges Ambiente gibt. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl! :-) Zudem bietet die Kneipe hintenraus viel Platz und es gibt die Möglichkeiten Kicker und Darts zu spielen oder auf der Leinwand sonntags Tatort zu schauen bzw. WM und EM. (5.) Einzig kritischer Punkt sind die sanitären Anlagen, die sicher schon bessere Tage gesehen haben, sich aber seltsamerweise passend ins Gesamtbild einfügen. The best selection of spirits I've ever seen at a bar. It's not so much what they stock, but the ones they purposefully omit. Having 2 bottles of lagavulin on the shelf merits 5 stars alone !
