would
like
to
share
my
disappointing
experience
with
an
employee
at
the
Argentine
Embassy
in
Bonn
during
a
phone
call.
I
was
shocked
at
the
rude
and
arrogant
treatment
I
received.
The
employee
was
unable
to
adequately
answer
my
question.
When
I
contacted
the
embassy
by
phone,
I
expected
a
polite
and
professional
service.
Unfortunately,
I
met
an
employee
who
showed
no
interest
in
answering
my
question.
She
was
rude
and
seemed
annoyed
by
my
call.
It
is
unacceptable
for
an
embassy
employee
who
is
supposed
to
be
there
to
help
citizens
to
use
such
a
disrespectful
tone.
I
was
hoping
to
have
my
question
answered,
but
instead
I
was
met
with
arrogance
and
ignorance.
It
is
important
that
the
Argentine
Embassy
properly
trains
its
staff
to
ensure
that
they
are
respectful
and
helpful
to
citizens.
The
service
I
received
during
my
phone
call
does
not
in
any
way
reflect
the
values
and
hospitality
of
Argentina.
I
hope
this
review
will
be
considered
as
constructive
feedback
so
that
such
incidents
can
be
avoided
in
the
future.
It
is
disappointing
to
see
how
one
person
can
affect
the
image
of
the
entire
message.
As
citizens,
we
expect
polite
and
respectful
treatment,
especially
from
diplomatic
staff.
I
can
only
advise
others
not
to
set
their
expectations
too
high
when
contacting
the
Argentine
embassy
in
Bonn
by
telephone.
It
would
be
desirable
for
the
embassy
to
provide
better
training
to
its
staff
to
ensure
that
such
unprofessional
behavior
does
not
occur
again
