Had
an
reservation
for
5
people.
Ordered
some
tapas
and
later
paella.
First,
waiter
spilled
one
of
the
drinks
on
the
table
(ok
it
happens)
but
problems
started
there.
First,
same
waiter
didn't
even
know
which
drink
is
which.
Then,
while
receiving
our
order
older
woman
(I
guess
owner)
in
the
middle
of
taking
of
our
order
started
talking
with
other
table
and
with
other
waiter.
Appetizer
came
pretty
quick,
about
10-15
minutes
and
it
was
delicious
(bread
with
some
aioli
dips).
But
then
after
that
we
waited
one
hour
to
get
4
tapas
dishes
(out
of
our
8)
so
they
didn't
care
to
bring
all
at
once.
Now,
that
sounds
like
a
lot
of
food
but
actually
it's
not.
In
reality
one
tapas
is
basically
one
fist
of
baked
potato
wedges,
other
is
few
spoons
of
mushrooms
and
similar..
so
in
reality
you
need
15-20
minutes
to
prepare
all
of
it.
I
must
say
restaurant
had
people,
but
it
was
far
from
full
and
there
were
4
waiters,
they
could've
handled
everything.
Then
we
ordered
wine
-
they
brought
white
instead
of
red
even
thought
we
said
number
on
the
menu
and
said
"rot
wein".
When
they
brought
red
wine
it
was
not
chilled
but
actually
warm.
Also,
waiter
didn't
care
to
open
the
wine,
he
just
left
wine
at
our
table
with
corkscrew
so
basically
we
had
to
open
wine
by
ourselves
(what?).
I
must
say
table
behind
us
waited
for
2hours
for
they
dish
(I
know
because
they
came
5mins
after
us)
and
they
were
only
two
and
they
waited
for
ice
cubes
45mins.
Next,
we
waited
20mins
to
get
rest
of
the
tapas
(another
4
of
them).
So
at
this
point
we
are
already
1,5h
in
restaurant
having
eaten
half
of
the
dishes.
They
didn't
bring
cutlery
at
all,
we
had
to
request
it
and
when
we
did
they
only
brought
set
for
2
people
and
said
"rest
will
come
later".
When
they
brought
water
no
glasses
were
brought
we
had
to
request
for
them.
The
only
positive
is
actual
food,
even
thought
some
stuff
like
chicken
had
no
taste
(no
seasoning,
no
salt),
same
as
potatos
-
some
stuff
like
mushrooms,
shrimps/gambers,
clamps
and
even
paella
were
tasty,
not
amazing
but
ok.
Our
troubles
didn't
end
there
-
next
and
last
is
paella,
we
ordered
3
portions
in
one
pot
for
whole
table.
We
waited
1,5
hour
to
get
that
and
we
even
had
to
go
to
waiters
because
they
didn't
care
about
hospitality
(offer
some
free
drinks
or
just
apologize
for
waiting)
but
I
am
not
surprised
because
I
have
never
seen
such
a
disorganized
staff
in
my
life.
They
dropped
forks
and
knives
on
other
tables,
some
people
that
came
1hour
later
god
food
before
people
that
came
1hour
before
etc.
After
we
asked
where
is
our
paella
because
at
this
point
we
are
almost
3hour
here,
they
told
us
"5
minutes".
Food
came
after
10minutes
just
as
we
were
planning
to
leave
restaurant.
What
is
even
worse,
this
owner
lady
asked
us
before
paella
came
"do
you
want
something
else
to
order?"
She
was
just
living
in
some
other
world,
how
can
you
ask
guests
if
they
want
something
to
order
when
they
wait
1,5h+
for
paella.
As
said,
it
was
delicious,
not
the
best
paella
I've
eaten,
ok,
but
not
worth
almost
2hour
wait.
In
the
end
we
requested
if
they
can
pack
paella
that
is
left
to
bring
home,
which
owner
lady
also
said
it's
possible
at
start
of
this
dinner.
Nothing
surprising
here
-
they
bring
us
this
cartoon
packaging
and
just
leave
it
on
top
of
everything
on
table
and
said
"there
you
go".
So
we
had
to
pack
ourselves.
Also,
they
messed
up
order
at
least
3
times
to
other
tables,
waiter
were
lost
and
had
no
idea
where
to
bring
food
or
drinks.
Worst
restaurant
experience
in
my
life.
Terrace
was
also
not
the
best,
they
should
use
table
cloths
because
cutlery
can
fall
through
tables
that
have
holes
+
lightning
is
really
bad
and
you
eat
in
half
dark,
but
considering
how
terrible
service
was
this
is
really
hard
to
expect.
Atmosphere
-
1/5
(not
actually
1,
but
since
whole
dinner
is
ruined
you
can't
have
good
atmosphere)
Service
-
1/5
(they
don't
even
deserve
1,
service
was
non
existent)
Food
-
4/5
(food
was
ok,
but
not
worth
the
wait
and
unprofessionalism)
DO
NOT
EAT
HERE!
