Oh, brace yourselves, good fellows, for the tale of my sojourn in this curious establishment doth prove to be quite the comical odyssey! Alas, I found myself in a room that seemed to have been the aftermath of a most raucous revelry, with empty vessels of vodka tucked away in the cupboard as though seeking refuge from a wild night's carousing. Upon retiring to my slumber, lo and behold, the bedsheet itself appeared to have engaged in a tumultuous tango with the mattress, for it lay askew in a manner that no doubt puzzled even the most seasoned bed-making connoisseur. And as I ventured into the privy, I was met with a sight most foul: a toilet seat that appeared to have been bereft of any attempts at cleansing! But, pray tell, the amusement did not end there! A most crucial amenity was conspicuous in its absence - an iron, an indispensable tool for one who wishes to present oneself in a state of sartorial splendor, especially in the midst of such grand affairs as weddings, which this establishment doth claim to host. Alas, when I dared to inquire of the reception for this much-needed garment-smoothing apparatus, their reply did naught but elicit a hearty guffaw from me. They claimed, with no small measure of jest, that an iron might eventually make its way to my abode, but only once it hath served the pressing needs of other guests. Oh, the impudence! Forsooth, I had expected a swift and gracious delivery of such an essential tool, rather than being subjected to a waiting game akin to a knight awaiting his much-delayed squire. In truth, dear reader, my stay in this establishment did prove to be a farcical affair. The lack of order and cleanliness didst dance an amusing jig around my senses, and the absurdity of their iron-fetching practice did provide ample fodder for a stand-up routine of the highest order. Methinks, if one seeks to revel in the absurdities of life, then this be the place to be! But if thou desirest a modicum of comfort and decorum, thou might wish to seek lodging elsewhere.

Lovely hotel and location. We had a wonderful stay enjoying the pool, the spa and the various facilities. The wedding wr attended there was also fantastic, nicely organised.

Such a lovely hotel. We took a walk up and around the hotel through the woods and getting splendid view of the green surrounding the area. The hotel is very unique and maintains a very relaxing environment with the sound of a waterfall fountain in the courtyard allowing you to sit and enjoy an aperitivo outside. The food in the restaurant was excellent and plentiful. I would definitely come back.

Staff is very attentive and helpful in making sure that your stay is as nice as possible.

We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and enjoyed extraordinary food. Although the hotel hosted an entire wedding party, the restaurant guests were not affected at all. Atmosphere was somewhat weak on the other hand. There was no background music and everyone was listening to our conversation although this was not intended by us. But maybe its the people... Service was also a little weak. One would expect that ladies are served first in every way. Also if you say you do not want to have onions or onion like veggies you do not serve leek. Prices are, as it is common for a hotel restaurant, a little higher, but absolutely inline with the quality.

I have stayed at Romantik Neuhaus Hotel in September 2012. I have found this hotel to be one of the best I have ever seen. The rooms, little garden, restaurant, other places in the hotel are very beautiful and produce a very nice impression. The personnel was more than helpful, I was always treated in a very nice way with lots of love and care. I would really recommend this hotel to have some days of rest, or to go there on holidays, or just to stay there if you are in Iserlohn.

Pretty expensive for no air conditioning. The spa is nice.

we came this weekend to rest from a busy period at work. we understand the problems after a dark period of covid, but our stay was very disappointing. there were 2 weddings and the hotel was to busy and the nights full of noises until 4 o clock in the morning. we didn't sleep at all! i told this the owner after the first night already but he was not very interested. the lady at the desk after the second night reacted the same, it was like i was over reacting about this. i think they should have told us about the wedding when we booked this weekend. also the furniture in our room was pretty damaged and worn out. we never had such an experience at a romantik hotel before and we visited quite a lot of them. we won't visit this hotel again.

High quality room and very friendly personnel made my stay like at home. At checking-in and -out they gave attention to me like to a family member. And worth to mention how did they effectively supported me in emergency situation to purchase a tie that I needed for the evening party (have lost one during my journey). The food served at the dinner was excellent and service was perfect. Great experience during all stay.
