The worse experience ever!!!! The owner of the hotel had also the disco next to the hotel! I m in my room with two children and they are having a huge and very loud party in the middle of the night on a Thursday!!!! They didn t announce me and now I m stuck here with the children and can t sleep and nowhere to move tonight!!! They should be ashamed! The worse experience ever!!!! I gave one star because it is the minimum so I can post this! You don t even deserve this!!!!

A bit strange hotel. It's all great inside the hotel, the rooms are fine, the service too and the breakfast is great - but some dealbreakers are there: 1. You can't set the AC yourself! The reception has to do it for you. There is actually a control panel inside the room but it does not work. Our A/C (room 431) stopped working (started blowing warm air instead of cooling) and we woke up sweating and airless at 3:30am. Then we tried to solve it with the panel and just after calling we understood that the AC can't be set and after the guy tried to set it down, he told us that it doesn't work at all and moved us to another room at 4am... Not very nice. 2. Although it's not really central, there is a huge parking problem as there is a hospital just next door. The hotel charges you 19 euro for a parking place... 3. Because of the hospital and a discotheque next door too, it's far from being quiet. Ask for a quiet room and beg for not many ambulances. We paid 113 euro not incl. breakfast. I'd expect more.

Amazing breakfast, friendly personnel! -= Lifts did not work in the morning fir 2 days in a row, shower water pressure could be stronger, construction noise could be heard from my room directly.

Our customers from US and India recommend to stay over there. Probably the best most modern location in Osnabrueck. This is really a nice location for workshop and good food. The flexibility of the Kitchen is bad customer dealing rough .

We had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Osnabrück. I travel a lot for work and see quite a few hotels, and this was certainly a highlight in its price class. Firstly, the room was modern, light and spacious, as well as feeling homely and comfortable. Sleep quality was excellent, and so was the breakfast. Additionally, the sauna and wellness area was modern and exceptionally clean. Most importantly, however, I'd like to highlight how friendly and professional the staff was. I had a couple questions during our stay, and each question was answered with no fuss. I also made a request regarding breakfast that was a little out of the ordinary on the last day of our stay during quite a busy time, and realised afterwards that it was likely quite complicated to arrange, however the staff member involved gave no indication at all that it was a pain to arrange and just made sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. This type of customer service is absolutely invaluable, and really really appreciated. In summary: I absolutely recommend Holiday Inn Osnabrück, and will certainly be coming back next time I am here.

I'm very sorry to write this about your hotel, however i'd like to express my personal experience at the Holiday Inn. While the service seemed to be a positive aspect, it's unfortunate that the overall visit fell short. The head chef's stubbornness and the unsatisfactory taste of the food relative to its cost are certainly concerning points. The negative atmosphere and the presence of stressed workers might have contributed to an uncomfortable environment. It's good to know that the service team tried their best in the evening, despite their apparent exhaustion. Overall, it sounds like there were several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience

Best hotel in Osnabruck (or what?) with the best friendly service. Spacious and clean parking with direct lift access. Clean and comfortable bar and restaurant with a decent menu and good breakfast. Try out the beautiful executive rooms with private balcony.

Very luxurious stay in this clean and modern era hotel. Professional. Should have the parking gate re-programmed to open automatically when a valid ticket is inserted. Pretty dull having to call the receptionist early in the morning for the to open.. Remember to ask about housekeeping as this is not planned by default. I was under the impression that housekeeping staff walked through every floor and made the bed @ replaced towels on the floor if there isn’t a sign saying “do not disturb”. Apart from this feedback given I will definitely book them again when traveling back.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten unter dem Hotel vorhanden oder schräg gegenüber und einem großen Parkhaus. Sehr viel und freundliches Personal bei unserem Besuch. Hervorragendes und vielfältiges Frühstück und der Burger am Abend war auch sehr gut. Design ansprechend, aber teilweise etwas dunkel nach unserem Geschmack. Kleiner Fitness und Saunabereich mit schöner Terrasse zum ruhigen Innenhof. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Great hotel with plenty facilities and abundant breakfast options (even for vegans).

In general good hotel. One area to improve: housekeeping was sloppy and room was not really well prepared. Reception team very responsive (a Polish lady very helpful and polite), breakfast team very good with great and friendly team. Thank you HI Osnabruck.

Perfect stay here in Osnabrück. Really clean room. Excellent staff. Excellent facilities. Perfect location near the station and near the Christmas markets. We stayed here for 3 days. It was a super easy stay. Thank you. - We have one criticism to make. The room was an absolute sauna. It was so hot and the controls didn’t work so we had to ask the staff to take the temperature down.

This is the best Holiday Inn experience I've ever had. I stayed here for a few months on and off while in the area for work and it was a great experience. The amenities are well-kept, the staff was very friendly and it's not far from the Innenstadt. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in or near Osnabrück!

The best Holiday Inn I've seen I usually do not go to Holiday Inn as my past experience were never great. This one is a stand out Nice people, Great restaurant, Clean room and a very good gym/Sauna. It will become my go to for my business trip in north Germany

Brand new hotel which makes pets feel welcome - from a bowl of water in the room to allowing my dog in the restaurant. Can’t fault anything! Great atmosphere. Only 6 mins walk from train station.

Excellent rooms. Digital thermostat with strong AC. Rain shower. Sparkling water available to purchase downstairs at all hours. Friendly staff with high level English.

Stayed beginning of May for Business Trip. Great room and bed, but the staff needs more training, especially in regards to unconscious bias. During check out, staff immediately assumed I am a guest with a certain Asian-sounding name and did not even bother to check my room number nor my name. I paid for the wrong room and thankfully the manager in charge identified the mistake some minutes later and corrected the payment.

No pictures of hotel but it impressed me very much. Trained and helpful staff. Nice clean modern rooms. Healthy breakfast and many more pluses. One thing is a bit pricey is a parking (19 eur) . Recommending and will stay there again in case of future visits.
