Disaster! Used self-service and waited 17 minutes. One item was wrong, the guy took it away and said he would bring the correct one right away... Then he forgot!!! After additional 10 minutes waiting time, I had to explain what happened in order to get the missing burger. So we waited a total of 28 minutes for a freaken hamburger with fries and coke already gone... Only one toy is available from the advertised 5 to a big disappointment of our kid. At the end I filled out the questionnaire which offers a coffee for free in return only to find out that noone knew what I was talking about even though it is stated on the invoice. A manager had to be brought in... Slow, untrained, careless staff; good burgers therefore 2x for the food only. Unfortunately I will never return to this location again as it's just too unprofessional.

I had the 5 Euro king box ( 2 chili burger +nuggets+ fries +drink ) . Value for money its perfect but the quality of the food and taste is not burger king's normal quality. The nuggets specifically tasted old. The place is ok and relatively small for BK. The service was good and toilet was clean.

I have ordered happy meal and king burger and crispy chicken burger 🍔. What I have got is: cold fries, no sauces, hard crispy chicken and mild lettuce in burgers

I love the food. It tastes delicious. The restaurant is neat and tidy. The stuff are also well behaved. Highly recommend.

Workers are very slow, not happy at all. They often talk amongst themselves and their behaviour was quite irritant, perhaps from receiving constant criticism on their slow work.

I don't like that whenever we came to this place we don't found waffel ice-cream !! I came maybe three times in a different week's, But unfortunately No waffel ice cream 😕

Slow and place is operated mostly by students. If you don't have time for a not-so-fast food, don't eat here.
