Received old barely warm burger where the bread was already completely soaked in fat. Restaurant is dirty as heck, only serves in paper bags, which are then left stacked on all the tables. Nobody cleaned in what seems like hours, tables and seats are dirty as well.

Very dirty. Employees come along just take pictures of the tablet and leave it like that. No one will clean it up

We all know McDonalds is famous for their fast food and different kind of coffee. my experience was nice I love the food I drink every time I visit every outlet. visit it when you are hungry and you need good food in a pocket friendly way. 4 stars because the service was little slow nothing else

Strongly not recommend this Mac for visiting!!! No any sanitary service, even to wash your hands !!! Not provided any correct items in my orders !!!! Ignore my own questions ! No any facility for invalids provided !

Just ok, very automated, minimal staffing, in need of a good scrubbing. It was the only place however, that had seats available while waiting for the next train. Very unfriendly bahnhofstaition. ( köln-deutz)Lots of escalators out of order, and you may end up slugging heavy luggage .

The service was quick. Staff was nice. The food was warm and fresh. For me it was a good experience at that time when the place was relaxed and not busy.

Good service during pandemic. Unfortunately the food was not that great. I had a big tasty bacon, the tomato was closer to white than red, the bun was very white as well and not very toasted, the burger was overcooked. Some of the fries were undercooked. The nuggets were ok. Unfortunate since it has been a long time (nearly 1y cos of the Pandemic) since I had fast food and it was a disappointment.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Received 17 McNuggets instead of 20, Ice Tea instead of Cola and the picture shows what the "big" fries look like, the box isn't even half full.

Slow service, I'm from the UK and this was my first experience of a German McDonald's - in London food takes about 30 seconds from order - this was not like that! Once it arrived food was OK, and some options we don't have on UK menu - speed didn't really matter for us as we are on vacation but if I was a local person trying to grab something quick before getting a commuter train it would not be good!

Was here for a quick breakfast on the morning of CSD parade. Can’t complain. The place was clean (which seems hard to do at a frequented place like a train station). Ordering was easy at the terminal, preparation was quick and smooth. Egg McMuffin and Coke tested good. The interior need a bit of an upgrade, hence the one star deduction.

8 months pregnant in 30 degrees heat and McDonald’s is rammed. Queued and ordered like everyone else, knowing it would be a while I got myself water from the shop next door and went to the McDonald’s counter to ask if I could just get a small cup of ice cubes to cool down while I wait for the rest. The First Lady rolled her eyes and held her hand up at me as if to tell me to shush and said wait so I did. After 5 minutes I asked the other lady who repeated the word ice then turned around and ignored me. I never got any ice. I get it was a hot stressful shift but that is not my fault and I was super polite and would have accepted a no but to just leave me standing there which was getting considerably harder by the minute was just rude and unnecessary. I hope neither of those lady’s ever find themselves in such a situation! If you don’t like to smile you shouldn’t work in the service industry.

McDonald's, i did not like the burger. taste was not good and drink option also very less.

The food was awfull, do not eat here. They do not even pack the burgers properly and the ingredients are just thrown into the burger. The fries have no salt and the mayo was terrible. Not to mention that it was really dirty no one cleaned the tables ever and the customer service was BAD. DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY

The worst customer experience I’ve had at Mc Donald’s so far. I asked for a tray to eat in the restaurant (I had previously selected the option) and they told me no without any explanation. A bunch of empty and clean tray were standing in front of me

It's situated at great place kōln deutz mess bahnhopt where the passenger can have food for their traveling...it.has good quality food.

No washroom inside. Lots of tables to sit. Has a McCafe also.
